Looks like a geat route. How did you select your route? I would like to do something similar with the safest route possible. Adventure Cycling Association or TRANSAM routes?
My #1 goal was to ride in the states I had never visited, so I made up the route myself. I primarily used Komoot for the individual segments… however, after two days crossing Nevada I changed plans. (See Day 17). I abandoned the original idea and rented a car and I’m now still riding the states I need, but this allows me to pick and choose the best rides I can find in each state. In other words, I’m skipping the long, hard days between the beautiful parts. I’m losing the bragging rights of riding across the country, but enjoying the best rides I can find along the way. I agree. Rode that on my bike in 2021 and it was spectacular. Are you posting these as you go or are you posting after the fact? If this is real time then you better get South before winter catches you.
These are real time. The first 17 days I was purely on the bike but changed my plans then and am now traveling from place to place in a rental car to be able to ride in the best places in each state. (And avoid “weather” if possible!) The decision has already payed off because I wasn’t originally coming to Bryce! Thanks for watching!

Enjoying the scenery! Thank you for sharing your adventure. I worked with a gal from Coos Bay, Oregon. She suffered during the Georgia summers and said that on the "hottest" days in Oregon, once the sun went down she would need a sweater. Sounds like something I would like! Continue to stay safe.
