People need to accept their mistakes …she lacks managerial skills just blabbering but confident even though she was lacking in knowledge …I don’t think u taking negative comments as it is because u replying to the people in a harsh way in comments too ..even am an mba graduate from IIM so I have the rights to comment here as a manager friend thanks ….try to admit mistakes and grow because even we does that now also 😊

I remember my college (UG) days when I see this stress interview. I had been participating for best manager since the first year of my degree. Here the judges have done their part very well. The word 'Hurt' is not there in the dictionary of BM, especially in this round Stress Interview. One and only thing is to give a higher level of stress and evaluate how effectively the contestants handle their stress. Both of the judges have succeeded in bringing the contestants out of their comfort zones by throwing wise questions and giving wise tasks. The covid 19 pandemic have taken these days from us. I am currently doing my MBA at Pondicherry Central University. We are having an online class and I miss these kinds of Management Fests where students get a high level of exposure other than the curriculum. Anyway congratulations to the judges and also to the participants.

To all those who criticise the judges, should understand the fact that this is a stress interview and questions like these are quite obvious here. Here they will assess the contestant through several parameters like mental strength, presentation skills, presence of mind, calmness n so on. and events like these will help the contestants to sharpen their skills so that they can handle and cop up with extream pressurized situations once the are in the real hunt called management.
