Great question, my husband mentions each time that we have a service animal with us. Service animals are allowed. This is also on the Wyndham website. You’ll see in every video that the service animal is present and mentioned that only service animals are allowed.

Glad you found it helpful! We will have a video of a studio version of this property later in 2025. One bedroom deluxe and the two bedroom units are great at this property. Have also stayed in the 3 bedroom presidential units and they are very comfortable as well. Enjoy your vacation!

This is a timeshare location, so we pay a monthly maintenance fee for our ownership. We don’t usually compare prices to the strip since we are using our owner points. However, there is no resort fee here compared to strip properties.

Two adults can easy use a one bedroom deluxe at Grand Desert. It’s a beautiful property.

Hi @Barbarick-sq2qe, service dogs are allowed. It’s mentioned in the video that we were traveling with a service dog.

That is an excellent question. You may call the property and check. The side we were on were for Timeshare Owners with Wyndham. We are both over 25 years so it hasn’t been an issue for us.

Have the best time! It’s a lovely property with close proximity to the Vegas strip.
