Hi Xander yes it's Ethan! Send me your email address and I'll get Ethan to send you an email.
@@nzclaytonedge Ok I’ll find a email if I can
Hi Ethan it’s he from chase bridge in year 4
An update for this - it turned out the tyre was faulty, and Vittoria were only too happy to replace it...and the replacements have been fine. The bike shop hadn't seen it before and initially were thinking it was leaking from the bead - but they came around. Sometimes things just fail and the key thing is they resolved it! :)
I have the same issue. Who should I contact?
@@Orcanislupus ...take it back to the retailer. They were initially sure it was just leaking out of the beading...however when they saw the video they acknowledged it and were fine to replace it.
very good
My mac click everywhere and creates folders, open software, options like a right click etc... Last time a had that problems i restarted the SMC and it was solved, but this time does not work AT ALL, and thw arrow goes by itself all arrown the screen. I don t know what else to do because i did a hardware test and it is ok, and i have installed a full new OP againg and still the same problem.
Curious....does sound like hardware if you've installed the operating system again. Perhaps have you tried an external mouse just to see if it's working when you disable the trackpad. Perhaps if that works, you could look to replace the trackpad itself.
@@nzclaytonedge Last time i used an external mouse instead of the trackpad and did not work. I am not sure but i guess the batery has a kind of a belly and that press the down side of the trackpad BUT, why last time i solved it and worded just fine for months, if that would be a battery issue it have not happended like that obvisly.
@ - if the battery is swelling, I would be inclined to replace it quickly. If it catches fire you would have worse problems than a mouse clicking when it shouldn't.
@@nzclaytonedge Your right, but it is a macbook pro 2010, i would need to look for a new one and might be hard due to how old it is.
Thats some serious skill! Keep it up :)
Hi Ethan!! I'm hasan
Thanks for sharing! If you have a second, I posted a new song of mine on my channel. As a fellow music fan, I'd love if you'd take a listen. I hope you enjoy :)
Sick song choice
Goota love the Foo Fighters!! Can I put in a request for Learn to Fly? Love that song!
I'll suggest it. His other favourite at the moment is Iron Maiden...you can take the family out of Melville.... ;)
Should really work on that left hand grip, and the song is very unpolished, but I figure he already fixed everything by now
Hi. So it's been a while since you made this video. Do you still ride the D6? Did you have any better luck? I just put together a D6, a virgin frame from 2012. yeah old, but looks still looks badass, so whatever. Having the same issues with both front & rear brakes. What did you do for the front? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Well there was a pro team using the d6 in the tour de France and they had the brakes wired such that the cable entered in the side of the fork rather than down the stem...and it makes a lot of sense. The 180 degree bends you have to put in the cable otherwise really adds a lot of friction and the front brake working is pretty important. The back one I got working ok, but never well, but really I would spend more time getting the front working well. The frame itself is a good one, fast, stuff and aero. The brakes though are challenging. Suggest you go nuts with high quality cables and pads for the front and just put up with what you can on the back. 😀. The d6 is a great bike, enjoy!
@@nzclaytonedge Thank you for taking the time to help. I figured the brakes were gonna be one of the big challenges on this frame build, just bc the design. Your experience helps me with that. I'm gonna call this bike the "Scream'n Eagle " 🦅 Cause it sneaks up & destroys everyone else without prejudice. 🤯 (If only it could stop as fast as it goes). Thanks HAPPY riding.
@@ReeseSYL sounds great! Maybe keep in your back pocket the idea of trying a set of alternate forks on it which allow the use of a normal caliper brake like a Duraace, ultegra, SRAM red or maybe even a tri rig omega. It's all about experimentation and getting that screaming eagle sneakily faster. 😀
Awesome, young man. Keep up the hard work.
D6 bracks r really shit
Awww so wholesome!!! Happy Birthday !!
Keep rocking dude! 🤘
Hello There! I am wiling to buy a D6 frame, but I would like to use and set a bike as a road bike! I am 190cm, the frame is the size of 58 (L) So would it work with usual road bars, wouldn't seat be too high? Tnx for answears !
You might want to have a look at the geometry from Fuji's website. The D6 has several seat post lengths you can use - some short, some long. I'm 180cm, and I had the M size frame, and at the time the fit was about right - but of course it depends on your own dimensions. If you've got another bike and you know how high it is from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle - just make sure you can get the same height on the D6. Keep in mind as well you might be able to get 1-2 cm in each direction depending on which saddle you prefer (a selle italia SLR will be a bit lower than an Adamo for example). Good luck.
Hello buddy, I have the same problem, did you find a good soloution, that is not a longer cable?
Laurits Stanley , I never did...it was a case of making it as good as I could and living with it. There is a variant of those tektro brakes that has a small bracket in the middle that would allow the cable to enter between them...but they are impossible to find....and I could never check if it indeed did work. Use good quality inner and outer cables and good quality pads...get it to work as well as you can and cope with it as best you can. Good luck....the bike itself remains one of my favourites other than the brake performance.
Clayton Edge okay :) Otherwise i was think about a more traditionel rim brake, where the cable pulls from top to bottom and not from left to right? Don't know if i can fit it in there.. Have you tried? Bought mine yesterday! From 2009, but in great condition. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure it won't fit. The R725/726 brakes are really small - and the frame is designed for them to fit in there quite tightly. My own recommendation would be to invest the time in getting the front brake working really well. The better the front brake works, the less the rear is able to do anything - since as you brake hard all the load goes into the front wheel and lightens up the back one. The R725s did get released rebranded as campagnolo as well as oval, so you might come across something that works there - but finding the model with the little brace in there that would allow them to pull centrally might take some time.
Laurits Stanley rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F132475863798. These are the calipers I think you should try.
Y'all doin to much, jus smack it on your leg. That's what I did and it started working again, lmao
Sounds like you've got a business opportunity there waiting for you!
Very helpful, i was able to fix my trackpad really easy following your video. Here is where i purchased the trackpad. bit.do/macbook-pro-a1278-trackpad
Thank You, you saved my life
it is the wrong brake!!!
thanks very much, was about to change the track pad over and found this!
@ReneeNme - cheers...it's such a delicate balance between having brakes that work, and brakes that look nice. Really they say that in a time trial you shouldn't be using your brakes anyway, but if you don't want to use them, you should take them off altogether! :)
Mate the bracks r pery much useless and if I tok my1 for a test drive before buying and then finding out that bracks r from kids bikes I wood off by someting that I cod stop at read lights lol
Hardship! Poor both of you. I hope you fetched her snacks quickly so she wasn't left hungry for too long....! :-)
