Hey! We were in Malaysia for about 3 weeks. We spend 2 weeks in KL and about a week in Penang. Malaysia is amazing and has so much to do. It all really depends on your budget and if you are traveling solo or with family. Since we travelled as a family we did more relaxed and family friendly activities. Kuala Lumpur is a great place to start, lots to do and see (Petronas Towers, KL Tower, Perdana Botanical Gardens, KLCC Park, Lake Symphony light show, batu caves, countless malls, & food options). The best part, a lot of these activities are free! If have more time do check out Malacca, Penang Langkawi etc. Also there is quite a bit of traffic in the evenings in KL & Penang so keep that in mind when planning anything. We had to rearrange a lot of our outings because of heavy traffic and rain! We had such a good time in Malaysia, we are looking forward to going back one day. 😊 Hope that was helpful!
