I was talking to a goalie coach and he was telling me that these injuries stem from training in the rvh at a younger age, do you think that maybe played a part in your injury? or more just overuse.

Good luck with the rehab Ryan. Crazy how frequently goaltenders are having this surgery. I made it about 20 years, but in my mid 30s now and I had to quit, the hips just couldn't do it anymore. I still feel pretty good day to day, but unless I go under the knife too my days in net are over. Looking forward to hearing about how you progress. 👊

You need fai surgery to remove the impingement or else it will destroy your labrum and then you’re screwed.

The glove should never break down like that ,should be addressed by CCM
