Scott- while there is a fair amount of compressed air moving at the machine (meaning noise), I am not sure that the machine air would be so loud as to cause issues with communication with customers at the counter. While it would be notable, we easily can speak with each other while being close in proximity at our facility. I think the more significant potential issue would be where you place the air compressor itself as they tend to be quite a bit louder while running than the Foltex. Hope that helps…

Hello- the chemicals are shipped on pallets, making the most economical manner to procure is in buying 4 containers at a time. You need to be able to move them from the pallet to where you need them, including inside the building. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the question, while I am not sure of the current pricing, it was above $100K. There are also items needed to support the Foltex including a compressor and air dryer to ensure that you do not get water in the air lines at the machine. We looked at many machines and ended up with this due to many data points including: 1. Ability to fold items smaller than others 2. Significantly less moving parts that may break over time 3. Parts are not 1 off’s, you can get them at Grainger and other supply houses. Foltex does not require their parts as one off so that you get stuck with only being able to procure parts through them. 4. The support post sale. Unlike anything we have experienced in the industry, it’s not even close 5. Machine uptime- this machine has significantly better reliability than their competitors- when we visited the Big Box companies to discuss this, they declared its reliability as compared to others. This machine is more expensive than others, but we have found it was well worth the price. As FYI, I have no vested interest in if you buy a Foltex or not, but we will not be buying other brands based upon our experience.
