I don't play Nids, but I have enough if I wanted to. These are so much fun. My basement is pretty much my hobby room and studio. Here in Ohio, I couldn't imagine trying to work in my garage in the winter. Good luck with that. Keep warm! -John

Very nice models! sorry to hear about the cheater, same thing happened at my first tournament with the movement extending from the vase. but it was still very fun regardless! also maybe you could look into recording a game or two? its always fun to watch people play nids

Loved the video. Similar situation as yourself, started playing with my son on the kitchen table and I gravitated towards the 'Nids too. There's no wrong way to paint them. Digging the purple, is that the Leviathan scheme? Biovore is a neat one, love how he's got another canon bug on his back just tagging along. Have fun.

I didn't know what compressor you are using but make sure your PSI is high enough, i think i sit around 80. More important though is thinning the paint down. It can be really thin when going through your airbrush because you can always add more coats. Even my vallejo air line of paints i STILL thin it down some. When you are done make sure you clean the airbrush really well. They are SUPER sensitive to clogging. I had the same struggles getting very frustrated with it.

I'm proud of you for not being afraid to share your journey in this hobby. I'm quite new as well but i love having videos like this play while i hobby so i don't feel as alone.
