This was a crazy fight and I thought it was a bit rough coming straight after the previous one. I used the Troll's charge a good few times and just about managed to finish him off with a bunch of Barbarian crits! Phew!

Huh, coincidentally enough I just recently picked up my play through of this game after having put it down for a long time. Tried to just pick it up where I left off which just happened to be at the start of this dungeon. Everything went well until I got to this boss and was DECIMATED. Then this video just popped up on my feed a week or so after. Well it’s good to know that it’s not just me who had a crap time with this freekin prick.

this game its a master piece, deserves a remake

im playing my first playthrough right now. In that fight i learned that the glyph on the ground points to attackable statues (3; look where the green glyph is pointing) that when destroyed reduce the bosses defense immensely, making the fight way easier. the dragon guards the first one, its the "sun" you see around the dungeon. the other two are hiding behind destroyable walls.

HOLY WHOA THE QUALITY the graphics look so frickin' smooth omg it's beautiful ToT man I really wish a remaster of this would come out looking like this.

I recently did this battle. I used Roddick, Ilia, Ioshua and Mavelle. They were all between level 52-54. First time I lost is because I forgot to turn off Train for everybody, so that rush attack bopped everyone in a fell swoop. 2nd time, I was close, but that laser move caught my whole team when I was low lol. 3rd time, I beat it with the greatest of ease. Having Parry and Evade on Roddick and Ilia made it so that they can block some hits of the rush attack. Attacking from behind in intervals helps as well so that way, my team ain't all get hit at once. That time, Roddick (who I mainly controlled) died once. Mavelle did a lot of damage on her own doing 9999 at one point for the kill
