I made the scenes in Microsoft PowerPoint, what you need is Bandicam, RADTool, Fighter Factory, Microsoft PowerPoint, Notepad ++, and Movie Maker to make scene. To be sure, it worked when I try it. Type launchStoryBoard('data/kfm/intro.def') on row 1, column 1. What you also need is: 1.) Microsoft PowerPoint (2007) (You'll see animation on top of the files that says 'custom animation') 2.) How do you make it so it selects the stage's default music or its select.def's music without having to copy paste the path to it?

I don't know why they didn't add it. Exit out by closing on top of the right side and re-open back up.

You got it right, but you need to take out the semicolons from the left side. Also you need to download and have Notepad++ in order to work. @@franadrr8085 Yeah, I can help. Are you using mugen or ikemen go? Story mode works on story mode, not mugen. [Inhale and exhale] Have you copy and paste launchfight on the Notepad++ instead of select.def? If not, can you upload a video between your Notepad++ and select.def so I can see what you're working. It's the only way to get your story mode appear on ikemen go.

A question, what setMatchNo(-1) do? This tutorial worked perfectly.
It means to return can be used at any point of the script execution, which ends the current script run. In order to mark that there are no more matches left (so that the mode should be considered "cleared") add setMatchNo(-1) call before returning (usually at the end of your script, since that's the natural place where basic path without branching is concluded). Only doing so will trigger end credits display as well as hiscores appending. So adding setMatchNo(-1) means you cleared the story mode like Arcade Mode.
