Trail Running with my Vizsla
Les 3 Monts 2024 | Running a Marathon up 3 Mountains
The 3 Monts Trail is a 42km race in three stages, and it takes place in Tourrette Levens 30 min away from Nice. The start and finish of each stage are in the same place, forming a loop. You can do it individually, covering a total distance of 42 km and 2500m of elevation gain. Or opt to team with friends doing the race in three-way relays. I did it solo, and I can honestly say it was one of the best races I've done.

I went on my long run with my Vizsla, and I got lost near Mont Agel. We had to turn back on the same trail after a difficult climb in the forest. We also found a half eaten sheep and some shepherds dogs scared us. Thanks for watching! My 19k Long Run with my Vizsla (Brownie) over the hills of Beaulieu sur Mer and Èze on the French Riviera. We climbed the Petite Afrique path in Beaulieu, then the Savaric path in Èze sur Mer all the way up to Fort de la Revere, and then we descended the Nietzsche Path back to Èze. I am trying to decide what breed to adopt as I start training again for the longest runs I've ever attained. Vizsla was top of the list...but once I searched for vizslas trail running and ultras....you and brownie appeared. So glad to have found you and your videos and this particular video. Bravo man. @tomplamann3573 It's a wonderful short trail (2km). I suggest doing it in the morning because in September it's still quite hot. And after 9-10 am is quite busy. Enjoy 🙂

Unfortunately, Joy can no longer hike difficult hikes because she has arthritis.😪 We only take Brownie the vizsla on the more demanding hikes
I miss hiking sooo damn much 😪😪 I've had plantar fasciitis since January and still haven't figured out what to do about it, and doctors and treatments have been completely useless. I just want to put on my boots again and hike, hike hike wherever, for hours on end, just hearing the sound of wind, the sea, birds and enjoying the peace it gives me❤ At least your video allows me to imagine myself there.

Hi I’m planning to do this next October, how long this takes from beach average to an acorné person? I’m 49 have done some trails and do strength exercise at least 4 days a week and 25-35 cardio twice a week , you think I can make it?
