Hi I visited your UA-cam channel. I saw your some video. Your Video quality is awesome. But optimization problems. That's why you cannot see many viewers, Subscribers and watch time. But if you want I will help you to solve your videos optimization problem and grow your UA-cam channel according to your targeted location. Thank you
I agree, reassess environmental variables, Mos, reinforcers including a pre-task one, preference assessment, as well as evaluating ourselves as instructors and how we feel/how we are teaching.
Anyone else? Hit us up requests for more nuggets of wisdom.
Nice vid!! would you mind clarifying what difference is between discontinuous and continuous? Thank you!!
I loved the video it has changed my ideology about the four functions of behavior and how to start looking at my kids to see what functions are they operating under when I’m asking them to perform a task. So thanks it was helpful.
I have given you a Like. The 55th actually is mine. Why? Your explanation cannot be clearer and come at a better time!
This was so helpful the way you broke it done thank you ❤❤
Thank you! Are you studying to become a RBT?
What is the phone number
Excellent!! Thank you so much!!! sooooo Helpful!!
You are welcome!
Super helpful video! Thanks! :)
Glad we could help!
Love that you included the BCaBA title! 😊
Just what I needed brief and understandable
Yay - brief and understandable is a great compliment!
Thank you so much! This has been really helpful, and your charisma motivates me to learn and understand the content. Stay safe!
You are welcome. I want to add more to cover the entire task list and Competency Assessment. What other topic do you want to see a video for?
This was so clear! Thank you!
You are welcome!
I don’t know how BA’s do what they do. You have to be REALLY smart. I almost went back to school to become one, but after working with them for a year, I changed my mind. It just seems too stressful.
You must follow your gut. It is just as valuable to know what you don't want to do! Setting clear boundaries is essential to a happy life! What career did you choose?
Thank you...I appreciate how well you explained this teaching.
Thank you.
Helped clear things up. Coming from a different background. I'm currently a paramedic but studying Canine Ethology :)
That sounds so interesting.
Awesome Presentation!!!!!!
Thanks!
Thank you!! Your measurement videos are straight forward and gave me what I needed to pass my exam:)
made very clear...thank you
Do you have any other videos that will help with the competency exam. I am a visual learner and the more i read or research the information isn't processing as it would if I was visually seeing examples of the proposed questions. Any advice you could share with me?
Thank you!!
You are very welcome. We are here to help with RBT concepts.
Totally need some deeper thinking on how to get my kids helping out. We tried chores for about one solid week, 6 kids under 8, had them doing different chores. So the four year olds picked up trash, the 6 year olds wiped down the dinner table, bathrooms sinks and doorknobs. And the 8 year olds did dishes. I feel like it would be smarter to just focus on one task as a whole family, like laundry, and allow longer for the acquisition to take place.. because me and dad were running around prompting, helping all 3 groups and totally run ragged! 🥴
Thanks for taking the time to ask for our advice. I apologize for letting your question slip past me for so long. First of all - KUDDOS for having your children helping out. The early you start working on independence and responsibility, the more natural it will be as they get older. Question - what are your reinforcers for task completion? In the beginning, provide reinforcement even if the entire task is prompted, then fade up the requirements to get them closer and closer to earning reinforcement for only independent chores -or different amounts of reinforcement for different levels of independence (e.g. initiated chore and completed independently = 1; prompted and reminded = $.05) Some ideas: keep the same chores, but do them at diff times, so you can focus on 1 group at a time; rotate chores every 2 weeks.
How about getting kids to willingly sit down for homework time/distance learning? I have been preparing my "home school" set up all summer. BUT I feel like my own stress from my online classes is preventing me from creating a desirable environment. My patience lasts 10 minutes and then technological difficulties... multiple littles learning on the computer...There are so many factors. Can you help me help them?
Ahh, the old chore-induced "my legs are so tired" phenomenon... I know it well
4 months later and I am so appreciative to you for posting this and offering guidance! Thank you!
So happy this is still relevant for you. We are getting ready to post a new series called - Kids Teach. Keep your eyes peeled.
Is the course only offered during the fall?

Awesome video! I'm studying for my MCAT and this helped clear up a lot of questions. Keep up the good work!
Oh wow - MCAT. Did I nail it from the perspective of the medical community? What else can I cover that will cross over from ABA to AMA?
Studying for the competency! Thank you!
Glad to help. After you watch all of our videos, let me know other topics you would like to see covered. I will be resuming video creation in the coming weeks.
Please continue making videos
We appreciate the vote of confidence. I will resume creating videos in the coming weeks. We took the summer off to teach and be with family, but the next round of videos are in our sights for fall!
Awesome video! Thank you so much! I sure hope this series continues. So helpful 😀
Thank you for the kind words. I will be resuming video recording after the summer break. Any topics you would like to see covered?
Love your explanations! Can you cover Stimulus Transfer Control ?
Thank you for your feedback. I will add stimulus control transfer to my list of topics to cover.
Great video!
Thank you. Have you watched all in our abA to Z series? Are there any other topics you would like to see covered?
You are an EXCELLENT Teacher - Thank You!!!👍🏼😁
That is the best compliment. I adore teaching. What other topics would you like to see covered?
Great explanation
Thank you. Are there any other topics you would like explained?
Very helpful in learning the differences between DRO, DRA, and DRI! Thanks!
Thank you. We are so glad this helped you learn the difference between the various Differential Reinforcement principles.
Yes, the vids are applicable to what I do and will be doing with others! I appreciate these videos! The more knowledge that I gain, the better and I find these easy to follow. Thank you!
great!!!!!!!!!!! , i love how you explain but i really like you to provide more examples for next videos.
Thank you. Noted for next videos - more examples! Which other topics would you like to see covered?
This is really great, thank you for all of the examples for each measurement of continuous and discontinuous. I have been seeking help with live examples because I took my RBT coursework online. Absolutely appreciate you taking the time to do this!
You are welcome. Have you watched all of our videos? What other topics can we cover?
The AppleTree Connection yes I watched them, I think you do a great job of breaking things down on a practical level. For us, who are just starting in the field (I passed my exam and can officially say I’m an RBT btw) it’s crucial. I personally had to spend a lot of time with (-)/(+) reinforcement and punishment from a situational standpoint and I think it would benefit everyone if you differentiated between them using situations versus direct definitions like most videos do.
The AppleTree Connection another thing might be explaining how crisis/emergency protocols are implemented from a situational perspective. Of course those protocols would be outlined in the BIP and client based. I think having a better idea or fictional example derived from previous experience can help a lot of people to grasp how the strategy is supposed to function
@@WYAZ566 - great feedback. I will take that into account when making future videos. I do have a follow up video series that puts the concepts into action. This can be found on our UA-cam channel, as well as our FB page.
The AppleTree Connection great, I noticed the follow-ups also. I have referred some people to this channel. The videos definitely helped me out a lot with getting a better understanding of the concepts.
Hi Tara, how are you , I would like to start the training, I have time for this month?
