A fabulous actress. Quite beautiful, intelligent, great singing voice, amazing speaking voice. Hardworking. And Agnes read her Bible every morning before work and before bed and on her the set of Bewitched. An elegant, classy person that we don't see the likes of anymore

O'Hara never became super popular in Hollywood because she wouldn't take a page out of the Jeffrey Weinstein play book so producers always down graded her to the bottom of all the lists. But John Wayne respected her so he used her whenever he could.

Boo! It's barely the beginning of the fight. The whole thing is on UA-cam somewhere. The one problem with this scene is that they did not take dramatic advantage of the fact that Thornton is supposed to be professional prize fighter. John Wayne, and or his stunt double, could have learned how to assume a boxing stance and make basic boxing moves, so that we could have seen his skill gradually prevail over the Danaher's greater physicality. Instead, we just get the impression of a mere brawl, with most of the fight hidden behind the crowd of spectators.

The fight scene goes on for more than 3 1/2 minutes now. I think it’s closer to 10 in the movie! Great scene from a Great & Timeless movie.

Lurch used to scare the sh** out of me as a child, I would leave the room. He would really frighten me ! My late father who was an actor enlightened me ''He's just making believe.. I'm sure he's a really nice guy in real life, and he's making believe he's Lurch"! Dad was so logical and convinced me. Before long, Lurch then became my favorite character on the show, and I couldn't get enough of him ! Also.. fun fact: Did you know that Ted Cassidy was Valedictorian of his high school ?

Oh i adore this film, its one of my very favourites, and in my opinion the best that John Wayne did, and Maureen O'hara........ nothing more needs to be said.

Production NEVER shows Citizens using firearms in a good way. ALWAYS portrays Citizens with firearms as incompetent, reckless, reactionary, criminal, or etc. GOOD stuff is that they referred to machines as machines orcars, not as "vehicles". GOOD stuff is they refer to Citizens as Citizens, or as people, & only referred to Citizens as "civilians" four times during the entire run of the Series. GOOD stuff is that they referred to themselves as cops or police, not as "law enFORCEment". GOOD stuff is that they had no tattoos, steroid builds, Nazi-Ninja jackbooted-thug blitzkrieg attire or equipment.
