The Nature of Shadow Work
In this video, we dive into the essential practice of shadow work, a critical stage in the journey toward spiritual integration and self-awareness. Shadow work involves uncovering and understanding the parts of ourselves that we often repress-those unconscious patterns that challenge our idealized self-image.
Learn why facing these aspects of our psyche is a necessary step for personal growth and how it can lead to liberation from limiting beliefs and unresolved trauma. We'll also explore the connection between shadow work, both mentally and physically, and how practices like mindfulness, meditation, and exercise can help us navigate this complex process.
Key topics discussed:
The challenges of shadow work
Understanding unconscious patterns
The importance of self-acceptance
Addressing bodily trauma through physical practices
How shadow work helps develop psychological resilience

I find it so easy to get lost in comfort and you only start to notice it when it becomes a habit. And then it is hard to break out of especially when you struggle with depression. As humans we naturally will always gravitate to comfort so it is a tricky thing to overcome. But yes definitely becoming aware is a big help, along with doing small things consistently to break free. Nice video❤️

On the other hand, when depression and the sunk cost fallacy tell us that we have lost everything and nothing will ever be the same, it becomes easier to turn away from our values and play video games. So, like the profound insights you have gained and described in the video, we too must educate ourselves through a variety of sources. But if depression and anxiety are strong enough, this will be more difficult to do because of the distortion of information intake and retrieval.

Absolutely, we as an humanity have to make that Change and start directing their attention to their own self to create a world of joy and independence from the one who is trying to control and manipulate the power over the people who are far from awakening. We must remain focused on ourselves and away from the collective negative energy who are trying to spread false information on us . Thanks for sharing ❤❤

Psychologically your mind tells you one more wont hurt, you can know its not good for you but your mind will continue wanting or in other substances needing, physically. during sobriety or periods of abstinence i can dream of using "whatever substance" or dream about trying to obtain said substance. Its not the substance we chase in real life its a hole we try to fill that we would happily fill with anything else that works but nothing else ever does.

@@greedykidify I can’t really remember a specific event, it was more a developing interest over 5/6+ years which accelerated around lockdown. I remember when there were graphics card price surges round 2017/18 cuz ppl were buying them to mine btc (I was building a pc at the time lol). That’s abt the earliest memory I had of developing interest. But I was 15/16 then and my mind was occupied with other mundane bs - was only in 2020 when I start listening/ reading more about it. I had always been interested in economics (along other stuff) having studied it at school and degree - just annoyed that bitcoin never came up as a point of study or if it did it would be in a superficially sceptical tone.

2:00 - They removed silver before 1971 as well, nobody seems to care. 2:45 - they sent the warship and it arrived within a day or something of that infamous speech haha. I love that speech from the French President good for him. 5:35 - Fiat has a 100% failure rate with the same steps towards failure. Makes me think it's a plan. Get the rich richer, then bail the poor out which increases their power and control. I wouldn't be surprised if the Family like the Rothschilds is controlling all of this... but that's just my conspiracy brain having fun haha. .... Gold never looses it's value, it's purchasing power has stayed the same for 1,000s of years. Example. An ounce of gold could buy you a nice suit at Barney's, nice pair of shoes and a leather Belt, that's also what it was able to purchase 3,000 years ago. Banks make bad loans with your money so they bail themselves out at your expense haha. Freaking Simulation bro... I'm a crypto guy, but also gold and silver guy. I'm a hard asset guy. The difference between hold and bitcoin is it's programability, so not only is it a reserve money but also has more usecases than most any other technology that exists today. Energy = Money ... seems simple, Nikola Tesla and Henry Ford tried to push this 100 years ago. Imagine if we had 100 years of making energy cheaper. BITCOIN, AI, wE NeEd ThE PoWeR! Haha

really appreciate the in-depth response man! I do share some of ur conspiratorial leanings lol, historically there's always been an incentive for bad actors to manipulate a society's money - so much war and bloodshed has been conducted towards this end. I like gold historically however I'm generally becoming increasingly sceptical for its suitability in the digital age, i honestly feel like bitcoin fulfils all the same monetary roles better yet lacks the same symbolic/ cultural weight that gold has accumulated over the years. Fully agree with the energy point, it's wild that in orthodox economics education this fact is so blatantly overlooked...

Your video serves as a calming beacon, particularly when financial markets are in tumult. Your analysis offers a prudent course of action, fitting seamlessly with the current stage of the economic cycle. Nonetheless, one cannot overlook the expanding mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies since 2019, as well as the fervent discourse surrounding prospective Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. Might these elements sustain the market in this particular cycle?
