@@norfolkdash9 yea, not only that but myself and he whole online "gaming-as-a-service" and multiplayer thing just ain't gellin. I don't get it at all. I don't see the fun in it. But I don't knock people for liking it at all. If it's your thing, it's your thing. But it's killing gaming. And it's coming at the expense of everything Ive always enjoyed about gaming. Hell, even things like going at midnight to get in line for Halo 2 back in 2004, then getting high on the way home to play it, knowing you're about to have a kickass night. Online gaming is killing the spirit of what has always made gaming fun for me. The irony, for me is that as much as I love Halo/Xbox, it was Halo/xbox that ushered in the online, multiplayer stuff that i think is killing gaming.

@Jbsutt i hear ya man, I'm not sure what "gaming as a service" is that you mention. But i was always behind on buying halo and other games while my buddies camped outside freezing their asses off lol. But when I did get halo and Xbox we got high/drunk playing online till the sun came up dawg. I haven't played online or even been able to play Xbox one games because I don't have internet anymore. The whole atmosphere of halo 2 and 3 online, hell even halo 1 PC online was a whole different level man.

@@norfolkdash9 As far as gaming as a service, for example, right now if you want to play Halo, you purchase the game once, put the disc in (unless u bought it on xbox live) and play it as much as u want. Simple. It's a one-time purchase. The days of that being the case are numbered. An example might be like if you like playing Halo, you won't go buy a disc once, and play it until the next game comes out. No, you'll pay a monthly fee to play it. All things Halo, except for maybe Halo novels, audiobooks, etc, will literally be an online service that you pay a monthly fee for. Yea, you'll be able to play it as much as you want ....but it won't be a one time purchase. You'll be charged every single fuckin month to play the game. It's inevitable that this is on its way. It's already here in a very limited way. If you like multiplayer, you already have to pay every month for Xbox live gold. And there are also already certain games that you can only get if you purchase it online. Although it's not a "service" yet, it's getting there slowly. Hell, a few years ago,they kinda hinted that you were going to HAVE TO HAVE internet to play the newer Halo releases, until enough people threw a fit that they had to abandon it. But it's coming. They're going to find a way to make you have to keep paying to play their game. They figure they're losing profit by you being able to just stick a disc in and play their game anytime you want. No doubt the next Halo game will be where you will HAVE to purchase certain downloadable content to finish the single player campaign. They're already doing "seasons" with multiplayer--although it's free. They'll do the same with campaign. Instead of them releasing the newest Halo game on a disc that you have to go buy, it'll just be an update. And in order to get that update, you'll have to pay each month for the "Halo service". Just like movie streaming services. You'll pay for "Halo Gaming Service" every month the same way you might pay for "Disney+" or "Paramount+". It's obvious that that's where it's going. They'll maybe put out one new console every 5-7 years, and the next game in the Halo series will be an update you pay $70 for + a monthly fee, rather than just buying a disc one time. It doesn't take a genius to see that that's where gaming is headed, and it fuckin sucks.

Oh boy you going to find me tilting lol. I've been farmed and have done farming in BTB for sure. To be fair I don't want anyone to have a bad experience getting farmed by a team in BTB and would agree that the team should get the game over with. I have been with a team and farmed another team in BTB. In 4v4 though I usually let my team do the objectives while I slay to help my team out. This Lockout match you can see I wanted my teammates to get the ball so I could slay the other team. Just better that way because if you saw the stats they all got like 1 or 2 kills lol. But I'll play objective if it's absolutely necessary.

I almost never do BXB. I do a BYYB. I have found it way more consistent than doing a BXB. Not to say that BXB shouldn't be used but for me personally a BYYB it just better.

No these are present recordings of Halo 2 Multiplayer online through Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Been able to play Halo 2 Multiplayer online since 2014.
