It's in the city, probably on a calm day, with police everywhere. Out on the big roads, there are morons who drive like morons on a regular basis, like in any other country. Even I make mistakes driving sometimes.

Why Sweden's traffic must turn on their headlights even it is still bright?

Because it makes it easier to spot a vehicle from a distance even in daylight. And most of the year it's actually pretty dark i Sweden so better to always have the lights on.

How lovely to have a motoring video without a congested road and poor layout design to infuriate the driver (are there any infuriated drivers in Sweden??). I fell asleep, thus will never know... Now to translate this to the UK...
There surely are, especially in the city centre of Stockholm and some busier areas haha
We have really good roads in Sweden in general. I’m always surprised when I go to another country and there’s pot holes and a lot of bad drivers compared to home.
