I'm following the storm. Hoping you and yours are alright.
Everyone was fine here. Just a bit of bitumen came off the shed. I got stuck in Preston, England after trains were cancelled. Very annoying after 3 days of travel from France
Happy new year. Hope all is well 🙏
HNY all good just cold here.
🏕️ Nice.
Thanks

I've been thinking about you because of the weather. How are you and yours doing? Nice video.
Blinking freezing here, dark, dreich and wet. Thanks for watching.
What a cool exhibit. Thanks for taking us along for your visit!
Thanks for watching
as long as you don’t play amongst the stars…as you would do on Jupiter and mars…😂
In other words, I would 🤣
A couple of questions - was it lit up at the night time? and so far as I understand it from earth we only get to see one side of the moon so is the exhibit also just one side or has the far side been mapped too. Nice alternative to your usual videos. Good to see you posting 👍
I think it was illuminated at night but annoyingly they still had the big cathedral lights on! It was the whole moon in 3d. I think string telescopes know what the dark side looks like. 👍
@@UrbanGrrl69 Thats cool - thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching 😀
I am so far behind in my UA-cam watching, because, well, life. I am 68 years old with some health issues and just some regular old age stuff. Bending and crawling is hard and sometimes not possible but I still want to go outside and do the thing. Awhile back I, too, got a toilet tent, however, I went one step further and got a pop-up! 😂 As one short person to another, a trick I am able to use with a pop-up is, if I need to use it as a sleeper, I just turn it on it side, and voila, a ready made bivy!
Good for you getting out there. Keep on keeping on. Thanks for watching.
Hi Pauline, that brings back memories. I have an 8mm cine film clip of me on the Earlsferry/Elie beach from 64 years ago! ua-cam.com/video/G_I_rXA4090/v-deo.htmlsi=CaB1TWHTBWK4-xeA
Nice relaxing video, enjoyed watching!
Thank you so much for watching

Great video. Relaxed in nature this weekend myself; my girlfriend and I stealth camped on a roundabout near Edinburgh Airport. Cheers
Brave. Thanks for watching.

i like the tent
Cheers. Thanks for watching
Hi Pauline, looks like you had a nice Autumn day for your camp. You've inspired me to get out today and have a walk in the woods. I've got lots of choice here in west Fife.
It’s a great area. Reconnecting with the woods will serve you well. I loved the autumn colours.
Think it’s a pity Pauline that people speed up the assembly, so it looks like a Benny Hill sketch, watching you assemble is enjoyable and interesting, and that’s missed when speedy camera is on, lol, anyway, nice watching you back out again, this set up reminds me of my Beach Buddy set up, similar, the height is the same. Yes those poles are replaceable or you could try removing the pole and threading some para cord through, then just anchor another cord or a bungee attached to a tree, only an idea. I did this with a tent, works great. Lovely video, relaxing to watch…..all the best, Brian.
Cheers .
Got nothing fancy for lunch - then pulls out a tin of HEINZ soup ! - oh how the other half live 🤣. I'm not even joking I don't remember the last time I had Heinz soup. The shelter should be easily repairable I would imagine (many times I've thought something should be simple only to realize it's totally not). I've come across so many fibre glass tent poles abandoned when out walking the dog but must admit there is usually so much other rubbish with them I don't salvage them. Good to see you back out - hope your dog is doing well, loved the video of him jumping around the table.
I think it is easily repairable. Wee Tessie is doing great just she is not quite at walking in the woods stage!
Yeah, there are more crisp flavors in the uk and more beans flavors in the us. Peak seems to have a biscuit and sausage gravy pack. Although cheese biscuits would be my preference. You could make those at home, or make the dough do drop biscuits in a dutch oven and get a gravy mix for at camp. If you wanted to make your own BBQ beans you could add liquid smoke, bbq sauce or smoked ham at home to taste. Puppy insta link isn't working.
Thanks for the recipe tips.
Soooo Cute!
She is adorable
The idea is great! With a little reinforcement, it would be enough for a camping caravan. After seeing great people like you, I also have the desire to challenge myself.
This was a very fun project. I learned a lot and would do it differently the next time. Go for it.
I’ve just been watching psychologist Chase Hughes who says that the instincts and responses that have been bred into us over millions of years are thwarted by city living - well, something like that. I was very interested in his take on many things. I certainly believe in the benefits of what you are suggesting. Further discussion when next I see you.
Sounds true to me. I definitely need way more nature in my daily life. Hope to see you soon.
cool
Thanks for watching
i use my monthly camping trip to de-stress and find peace, i had 4 and a half years of looking after my mother as she declined and died of dementia, having a dog got me threw day to day, but once a month i would have 2-3 days off so i could have a break.
Sorry for your loss Neil that must have been difficult. I think nature definitely has healing powers. Thanks for watching.
The winds are cool, the rain I touch wet, the connection to nature does feel deep and dark, but sorrow does show , to the sadness of emptiness of people who chose to ignore that call of nature which draws us close to a heart which beats around our souls, the rain filled pools, the leaves which falls, that touch, that feel, when nature beckons and calls……..😊
👍 .. fair sailing, going forward, with your venture 😊.
Thanks fingers crossed.
@@UrbanGrrl69 👍🤞.
