Vi como la gente, en la antigua Plaza de Recreo de Arecibo, se le metían al medio a los policías en lo que Toño huía. Siempre aparecía alguien para darle pon. El día que sucedió el asesinato que tanto le achacan, el estaba en Adjuntas disfrutando de un quinceañero cerca del parador Villas de Sotomayor. ¿Cómo rayos va a estar en dos lugares a la vez y porqué no permitieron que los que estaban en el quinceañero prestaran declaración para ayudar al "peligroso delincuente" que ayudaba a la gente? ¿Por qué los que estuvieron en el quinceañero fueron tan perseguidos y otros fueron trasladados a trabajar a pueblos del Este de PR y aún allí los seguían vigilando? El policía que haló gatillo era un francotirador que cuando lo llamaban era porque a la persona había que borrarla. ¿Por qué intentaron callar varias veces al periodista de El Vocero quien en vida fuera Rafael Olmo? Intentaron callarlo porque el siempre dijo que a Toño lo mataron de abuso pues el salió hacia los policías para entregarse, pero ya muchos policías decentes se habían ido porque ya sabían las intenciones y al salir Toño, el policía verdugo le disparó a los genitales. Toño aún vivía y podían salvarlo, pero según Olmo, la orden era matarlo. Por eso, una persona que estaba en el lugar colaborando con la policía y que no estaba uniformado, le dió una patada a Olmo en el costado derecho porque trató de ayudar a Toño. Esa es una de las tantas manchas negras que nunca se borrarán del uniforme de la Policía de PR. El que tiene ojos para leer, indague y oiga.

Yo estuve alli y el disparo en los genitales no es como lo cuentan. Toño se encontro de frente a los policias que lo buscaban. Y levanto el machete para agredir al policia el policia se tira de espalda hacia el piso y hace el disparo que termino dandole en los genitales o sea no fue que le apunto a los genitales y disparo. Y muchos de esas personas me comentaron que ahora vivirian tranquilos por que le tenian miedo
