Well, imma yap abt my theory about dandy! alrighty, so dandy was the one who made all the toons twisted, and he does have control over his twisted. But its simple: tapes are kinda his addiction or sm. So when he doesn’t get tapes, he gets worried, and then mad, before you know it, hes a twisted. Plus, around the map, i have seen 2 sets of blocks that spell out H-E-L-P. So maybe, his handler has something to do with those blocks. And when buying astro (oh em gee me!) he says “…” thats because you have seen his twisted form, and now you know how dangerous he really is. And even though he does change, you cant say its normal? The reason why he only spawns under certain circumstances is because this is most likely painful. Having to morph from a short flower into having tapes lodged into his spine and arms? His mouth is obviously disfigured and he grows claws/talons. His petals are longer and sharper, plus his neck is long. Dandys twisted form is one of the slower ones (for me) and its probably because of the pain hes in. His body is not like any others, hes the only one on all 4’s..
