I just took a job in my small town at the waste water plant... it hasn't been tended properly in 30 years.... I have no experience , but learn fast and have a 25 year history of fluid control and solids management on drilling rigs... there are no resources here available and I don't know where to start looking ... (very , very low budget) clarifier is broken and there is no sand in sand filter beds, no pumps for effluent water , no pumps for chlorine addition. I need some practical help on a shoestring budget ... can you help ?

very good, but a PCP doesn't have problems with low viscous products, the leakage in the pump is higher, but than we take a double staged pump to reduce the internal leakage. For the higher viscosities, we take a hopper pump and a feeding screw so that the product (up to 40% dry matter content) gets to the pump with pre-pressure.
