@@watayukikimihyra7132 Hell yeah, the ww2 inspired stuff with a modern flare. Even ww2 tanks with modernized armor and bolt action rifles with optics would help.

No, it's not free. Dev plans to release on Steam later (which is not really soon), and to play this current version of demo, you need to buy it for 500 yen at Booth website (link is in my description), and please don't do any piracy. Though you might thought why we have to buy just to play the early state of game demo, better to think about it as dev support and investing for further development. And it's one time bought demo, when the demo have update(s) you can download it again until the day it's not available due to any circumstance.

@@johnnylattarulo6735 Not sure why, but since I have seen several doing the same for really long time (either in physical or digital), it's probably a thing in JP for indie developer, which is better to ask dev. But imo, I thought it's more like asking for crowdfunding with an actual playable presentation instead of saying blah blah blah, and have the investors (us---players) gamble on the result. And as you might know, there are a damn tons of games which are likely the same as demo game with full price and have never been done on Steam. So that I didn't mind at all to paying for what I willing to play....... Though in this case you still need to pay for full game in the future 🤣

Real time tactical strategy shooter game is quite rare nowadays, even if it's anime girl with guns or whatever with guns, if it's good, I will gladly welcome it. BTW, girl with guns is a thing that never get old though 😅

The game is already 3 years (include CBT period in CN) which at this time every server use the same patch data (though some still closed to access), that why there is quite a huge amount of data. Also some in-game performance and effect upgrade make it take a lot of ram.

Idk which ads you saw, (Since I never saw AL ads even once, though I'm one among of the oldest fan based player of this game), but likely almost every mobile games (or almost everything) have at least 2-3 ads per game that lie us how actual gameplay is. I even used to see FGO ads which show what is not in the game, that used some UBW anime cutscene to show in the ads. (I'm partly Fate series fan too) Which I can conclude that, All the faults will go to the marketing company that got hire and show something that will mislead the target about something ('gameplay' in this case). So be it.

In my opinion, well......I'm not sure, but firstly, don't group up the games those have totally different genre together, they have their own target market. In Azur Lane case, high-speed ship battle might still enjoyable even if there is no waifu in-game, but the game mechanic might change as well as the appearance of the game. (Look at World of Warship) For KanColle, if waifus are removed, I guess the game is kinda like plain board game that you will roll dices in every action you do, or may be it will turn out to be the battleship game. (You know it right ? If not, google is your best friend.) And lastly, the FGO, this one is quite difficult to guess due to the root of the game itself are consist of waifu material from the start unlike the others two. But, even if you remove waifu from FGO, the game genre is still Turn-based RPG, which will definitely has some impact on the game, though I can't guarantee that it will going in good or bad way.

It's not. Though Kan-musume (which now this word is belonged to Kadokawa) or Ship-girl is sub category of Mecha-musume (girl) that convert any mechanic into girl or attach some part on girl body. (example of this mecha-girl category; Strike Witches, Frame Arm Girls, Kantai Collection, even Mobile Suit Girls that change Gundam or any MS into girls also count) Also ship-girl term is already exist even before Kantai Collection game itself released (not even talking about shitty anime adaption). Anddddd....Azur Lane is original game title that has based theme of this sub category mecha-girl, not adaption from any anime (though there will be anime next year).
