@adeolababatunde6410 your spouse can get a job, and you know, since it is the company that often applies for a work permit. They will just submit for the work permit. The things are. The work permit is usually out between 3 to 4 months. So logically, they will probably have to go back home to submit for the work visa after the permit is approved. For the child, I don't know the age, except you look for school otherwise it will have to be both parents applying for a family reunion once the mother start working. Either ehen she return to apply for a work permit, you will need to figure out how to let her stay up to a year on resident if you are here too both of you can now apply for family reunion for the child. What I am avoiding here is over stay on a visitor visa. Be careful, visitor visa to Europe to convert is dangerous if not properly plan. Any overstay will ruin other chances.

@ thank you sir , one more question I applied to a sch and later found out the sch license status was change to restriction on malta government website and their license duration will expire by Dec 2024 what could be the cause for the restriction and is there a possibility that the restrictions will be remove soon?

@brumetadafe3758 That is a question I can not answer outrightly. You know this is a government matter, so one can tell you whether or not it will be removed or renewed. I will suggest if you have not gone too far with it. You could look at changing school. My opinion, though.

@abiolasusan7273 you can. It is based on the agreement you have with your formal employer. If the contract says you are to pay fine before they can cancel you for the new employer to register the new work permit, you will have to pay the employer for the fee to do so.
