surfed here back in the early 80’s .. one of the fellows let go of his board climbing back on the boat when the tide had turned outwards and by the time we were all onboard and went searching it was nowhere to be found.. true story!

Gotta love the film perf burn effect (which should be vertical and to the edge of frame being 4 perf BTW) and then the VCR glitch over the top of digital camera footage :D Both completely wrong but you've got some nice footage and fun edit. My family arrived at this point on the Ticonderoga in 1852 and were quarantined here. One even died on the point!

My great great grandfather was the pilot at Nepean who was first to board the Ticonderoga to report back the conditions of the crew. Small world.
