Hello! My name is Ally Milford. I was introduced to yoga 20 years ago and it truly changed my life. Over the years yoga (and Reiki) have been instrumental to my physical, emotional and mental health. I credit yoga and Reiki with getting me through cancer treatment back in 2009. Since then yoga has been part of my daily life. Wanting to share the benefits of this beautiful practice with others, I opened Studio Santosha in 2022. We are based on the windward side of Oahu, Hawai'i in Kailua. Mahalo for visiting this page!
