I main Hazama, but I also do play a little Terumi.

I'll keep mixing in more sub games, every now and then.

He's not too bad. Best way to pick him up is just do the combo trails, then speedstar until you are comfortable with a couple easy combo's, then watch video's to see what others do. You'll have a better understanding of the character that way.

@ASConviction im doing same with terumi and im just enjoy playing it but im still strugling to use the skill i want like crazed blitz or jagaku fuenjin is there any easy way to use im playing with keyboard

No, but you do have to substitute the 2D on some characters like Makoto/Carl since it will whiff if you are too far.

@cosmicbattle You are in luck because I do have a Yukki Terumi sub, so I'll try and get gameplay of him. It'll probably be a few weeks before you see it because I'm working on getting a new pad and have videos lined up beforehand.

I feel like I optimized the routes pretty well. I don't think that the partner set up is optimal but I did a variety of different starters and routes to perhaps inspire better combos while showing what I came up with and maybe give people more confident with the game a place to improve because I noticed not a lot of Thief combo videos out there. I am missing some combos I realize now off the enchant boost.

I just miss this stage entirely.

I made this as a comprehensive video of optimal Hazama combos in BBCF. The first video was just starts without using meter, this one did use meter. I also went from lowest damage -> highest. Next video i'll likely just go by starter and order it by damage, meter then od and meter. At least that way there will be more interesting combos interspersed in the video.

It's surprising how much flavour was lost without the english dub and the excellent UI that CP had. Although I don't feel like Ragna really got back to being fun like he used to yet, Hazama has actually turned around gameplay-wise.

The point wasn't to make the combo's difficult. It was to showcase optimal combos. Second I have about 20min worth of optimal Hazama combos ready to go up (Not including other characters.) +ASolidConviction i know i know but the problem with hazama is all his optimal combos are the most difficult ones...so even if you don't wanna show hellish timing combos (especially ur 3rd in the video) you still end doing it lol

+STARR PH0ENIX I really don't think there is much of a trick to it, unless you are talking about a specific combo. There are a lot of times where you have to us multiple chains. His most basic one is just forward D, Then you press A to retract and then backwards D after it has retracted into Hungry coils.

+Storm VII I have a dualshock 4 controller that came with the ps4 system and I can't get use to the half circle motions or the z motions with my controller. I do plan on getting an arcade stick as I've tried it out once before and I felt it gave me more room to move when it came with commands which I just don't get with my dualshock. I also appreciate the advice on dash cancelling as I'm still a rookie I find it hard to link a command out of a dash cancel that isn't a one button command so I'll try practicing it using the d-pad.

+Daniel Castaneda Neutral and fundamentals are extremely important. Make sure that you have some basic combos ready so that you can start practicing learning more important things. As you improve your fundamentals get used to the ways Hazama moves and plays jumping into the harder combos will be much easier. Basically play a lot of games, if you feel like you have things down and something is inefficient try and improve that. Training mode is extremely important.

+Daniel Castaneda Also when you do play online make sure you are trying to face people around or just slightly above your own skill level. There is coloured squares by each name which can give you an approximation of their ability. Try to not fight the top tier players to often because being destroyed doesn't give you to much chance to improve, but it can help you find a baseline, so I'm not saying don't ever do it.

+Kiwi Kitty The problem is I don't play Rachel so it would take me a long time to learn her because she's one of the more difficult characters. You talk about Rachel combo videos seem out of date. That means you want more efficient combos right? I can't make any promises but I'll talk to a few Rachels who I'm friends with see if they would be willing to share/showcase tech. It would be easier for me to ask them if I could tell them what specifically you want.

Thank you for responding =^.^= I understand that it would be difficult for you, I just thought I would take a shot i the dark and hope you played some Rachel :p I, purrsonally, would want some combos scaling from easy to difficult. Purely, simple and clear imputs/examples. I know that's a lot to request, it just feels like something that's missing from the BlazBlue community. I also know that Rachel is a difficult character, I just adore her =^.^=

I have talked to the Rachel from one of my most recent videos (recommend you watch) as well as a friend who plays a little Rachel to help showcase some of the easier combos. I also plan to talk with Soniti another really good Rachel who streams (unfortunately I can't give you the stream). After I upload my next video which is will be the optimal mid-screen bnb of Hazama I'll see if I can't get a Rachel vid up.

+Jonathan Njembe Hazama is a difficult character and takes a lot of practice to use, it took me about the time of bbcsex for the vita to get his understanding down very well. I wish you good luck btw and make use of the training room

i know i play bb since the first one (5years) and i play him on bbcsex (don't have a ps3 rather expensive in mah country) but i play bbcpex quite often. he is cool but very technical(not like terumi), don't worry i keep training and i'll stay tuned to you channel for sure

Lite Serene Some of these are definitely character specific, like the combo on Ragna. Spacing is incredibly important to most characters. That's why I have certain combos that start on different characters like Jin to showcase other options. The combo where you 5C-2D off of Devouring fang into his guard crush/6A is pretty much specific to Ragna.

Lite Serene In other words most of these will work on most characters because of their Jin and Ragna have typical hitbox's. If it doesn't have shown some alternative routes but still very few will be completely character specific.
