Great review. Debating a new BP. Long time Tumi guy but just love the contrarian of this bag. How do you think it stacks up to the standard Tumi business packs out there?
@@Lion-qi8ej Thanks for the comment! You nailed it with the contrarian vibe. Maybe it’s just that “new toy feeling”, but it’s my favorite pack right now. I’ve got limited experience with Tumi, so it’s hard to compare directly. But if you’re thinking about it for work, it might depend on how you dress. If your office is more business casual, that will probably pair better with a classy-looking Tumi. Otherwise, I think this stacks up really well.
@@JJ_Sanchez also debating the Goruck M23 in waxed canvas. Something about that material but even the basic Errant and not the pro has so many more features. Tough to choose. Would love your thoughts if you’ve seen the Goruck M23. Thank you JJ
@@Lion-qi8ej I haven’t personally handled the Goruck M23 yet, but I’ve owned a Rucker 25L for about 8 years, and the straps are so uncomfortable and abrasive since they used 1000D Cordura-super durable but crazy uncomfortable. But they’ve since addressed that in new models, like the M23, by switching to 210D Cordura in high-friction areas, which should be much more comfortable. It’s a nice looking bag. Probably the most aesthetically pleasing one they’ve ever made. I’d love to hear your thoughts on it if you go that route.
