What is the deal with the Eucalyptus branches hanging in the bathrooms. What have I been missing out on all my life? Where I live there’s lots of Eucalyptus trees I could get a few branches, no problem. By the way, this is a fantastic home, the owners did an outstanding job on the remodel. Thank you for sharing.

With all the stairs I will be in shape in no time. I walk at a park in my neighborhood, and it is one mile around. I walk at the park everyday Monday thru Friday. This is absolutely beautiful. You can-do-front-page Magazine Covers with this home.

A wonderful interview!!!! Gary always gives such fantastic helpful details!! I enjoyed my time in that neighborhood with Gary 3 years ago. I felt very safe walking around as an older solo female. Unlike Gary said the neighbors were so sweet though it definitely does help to know some Spanish when you get out into the more local neighborhoods. But even just a simple smile and an "Hola!" Or "Buenos días!" can make a big difference. LOVE your FAV Vallarta artist Marta Gilbert wall!

I think the condo is amazing the upgrades are insane. I just don't like the interruptions I am getting while you are showing this condo. They keep putting commercials while I am watching 5x's interrupting. I don't know if it is because the holidays are getting closer and everyone is showing sales. I am just upset honestly; I am not MR. SCROOGE but come on!!

I would not sell this house it is very Spanish style. You know how much if you see a home like this in California it would be 3 million to 3.5 million. It is a beautiful home; I would not touch anything in the home. So Tranquil!

For 2.6 million and sharing the entrance and the garage… thats a no no no. The unit is gorgeous but sharing the space doesnt seem to match the price

Wow the sunset is nice. I could see myself sleeping on the balcony around sunset. I would have a bottle of Martini & Rossi Asti chilled, and I would be in Heaven. I am just deciding to either sell my condo or rent it out. I have 2 nieces that are pregnant right now. I would like to rent one out to one of them. We all live in California, and it is expensive for them to buy a home right now. So just looking at the pro's and con's right now. Oh! and one good thing the Stock Market is fantastic right now. So, my stocks are excelling very well. 🙏👍✌

The Furniture is the TOPS! Very nice and the views are really nice, I would love to see some of these condos at night. The rooftop deck is nice, good for relaxing. Knowing me I will be drinking too much and wined up in the wrong condo. Get it Wined up!!!!

I think this Condo, is the best condo and that I have seen out of all the condo's that you have shown. This one is a beautiful condo. The furniture is beautiful, the ceilings are absolutely stunning. The views from the balcony are amazing with the view of the beautiful bay. I was showing my nieces, and they thought it was beautiful. They all work for different restaurants in Los Angeles, Pantera, McDonalds, and Knotts Berry Farm. So, let's just say I save a lot of money on food. 👍✌

This is a stunning home, beautifully designed, and appointed with the right traditional details. I noticed the condo complex going up next door not a fan as you lose privacy. How many floors will that be? Also, is there a garage? I saw stairs going down between the pool and the outdoor sitting area. Thanks.

Thank you for this. It's good to hear the perspective of a non-Mexican national on this really cool area of PV. For myself, I have stayed at Oasis about 6x now the past 3 years and the sister hotel also. I also rented the past decade or so in the Gringo Gulch area so I've been up and down the hill from old town, via Isla Cuale steps and from the zapata market. All great areas and wonderful community. But also, it's good to highlight and acknowledge that YES, there have been some changes but the neighbourhood isn't for everyone. For some yes, but there is a reason perhaps, it hasn't been developed like the rest of PV and only now I'm seeing developments (post Oasis condo) as Zona Romantica and other areas become too congested. Although there are no 'homeless people', as Gary mentioned roaming around the streets, if you walk past Oasis condo on Lucero, there are people living on the hillside who have built shanty homes. We know because we bring them food once in a while when we are staying in the area. There is also a large garbage dump a bit further where people tend to use as a mini landfill until the city pick the garbage up. The streets coming from the Hwy also are a bit rough. I've had taxi drivers and Uber drivers telling me that it's a bit more difficult to drive around if they have a smaller cars or tires. One Uber driver I had, kept going around looking for a street where he wouldn't bottom out in some of the really high speed bumps or potholes. The streets are quite narrow which give some folks another sense of 'congestion'. But overall, those are what gives El Caloso a sense of 'authenticity' that non-locals seem to always look for or describe places in Mexico that are not tourist zones or tourist traps. Lovely and hard working people live here but definitely it's not for everyone and best to have vehicles or need taxis to get around. If you're fitter and have no mobility challenges, the hills coming from old town and Gringo Gulch can be really steep, but going over the bridge and into Aquiles Serdan is okay but it is a long walk to Zona Romantica area that people often visit. In some ways, I hope it remains the same, but in other ways, development can help improve services for the amazing people living in Caloso. My son loves coming at night to play soccer with the local kids in the community court. It gets really dark at night too as not many light posts (yet). We've never had any issues walking around the neighborhood but we always ensure we're not walking back to our condo too late at night or just call a taxi/uber. Alecia, thank you again for sharing so much info on PV. Keep up the great work.

Very nice property

I love this condo it says Mexico when you step right in. Love it. Every room is huge. It's not like everything is cluttered and the bathroom on the second floor is nice with the different tiles. The balcony's overlooking the Golf Course is nice hopefully you don't get hit by a golf ball. J.K.
