Not sure which gun I have out atm. It's either the Marksman's Crude Rifle or Tactical Converted Crude Riftle both are single shot snipers Marksman uses .32 ammo and the Tactical uses .303 ammo

As of right now, no I haven't received any additional quests here, but I do recall some stuff being inaccessible on my first visit. I'll definitely have to give this place another visit.

@@AxisZtv-Gaming I found out how, not sure if this the ONLY way but it was the only way it worked for me, when you access to the basement, kill him to activate quest. Who knows maybe it would've been triggered by a random event eventually

Hmm not sure exactly what you're talking about. If you mean the grapple hook you have to follow the main story until you get to this quest "The Iron Hook" where Taka will make grapple hook. The hook has momentum physics, so waiting until the end of the swing will make you go further.
