Hello again, since my last analysis seemed to help you I decided to do with mercy now She's pretty simple so it won't be as long as kiriko, just a few hints, not much to "fix" Positioning: It goes the same for kiriko, try to stay a bt futher away, the way I like to position on mercy is to stay up in the sky where I can see my whole team (remember, if you're flying and no one puting you down, there's nothing stoping you from flying). Another thing not to be afraid of, in your other comment you said you play a lot of ana and that makes you think a lot about positioning, but the same goes for mercy as it did for kiriko, she has a movement abillity that recharge really fast, use it. What I like to do, stay in the sky looking at my team from the back, when someone needs healing from a bit far away, I fly to them and come back (fly over to them, look behind and press SPACE, that makes you go back) of course some times you can't stay in the sky, but I recomend trying to keep an eye for your entire team. I also recomend for you to keep practicing mercy parkour because she can be a head ache to kill when she nows how to move, other good way to lear map geometry is to play lucio and wallride, in a private game or in a quickplay and going over the edges. "Combat": well...not really that much but... I saw you switching to your pistol to kill a sym turret, you can just melee it, it can help you with time consuming, not much but a hint for future. other than that... solo ult and go battler mercy against the enemy mercy, extra points if you get potg Beam focusing: In the first point you said "I could be damaging boosting cassidy or junkrat rather than healing the hog", well sure hog was getting a lot of healing but he is the tank, if he dies than the team fight is basically over, so you weren't wrong in healing him, he was really low and could've died at the start of the team fight, and also cassidy was pretty much dead where he was. other thing about healing is in the ultimate, in the ultimate you heal/damage someone and that beam goes to the rest of your team, on importante thing is that the mais focus of the beam reaceive the most amount of healing, so focus the on with the least amount of health. talkng about the damage boost, a important thing to think about is: "is he good?" if he isn't, go beam someone else, if he is, pocket, because here's a important thing, you are not healing if the team mate is full hp, you are not dealing damage if your team mate isn't hitting his shots. other than that is to think a bit more of who to damage boost, example: in the first point it was a pretty closed place, especially where the enemy team was coming from, that was a really good place for a junk rat because he could do more explosion damage and hit the entire team with one shot, diferent from cassidy, that also goes for the second point, a open place, good to damage boost you cassidy. also, you can damage boost your other team mates like your tank and even your moira Extras: In your hero config you can choose if you valkyre goes to who your looking at or who's your beam is focusing. another thing is when your healing your dps in the midle of your team and you want to damage boost but switchin makes you beam someone else, you can hold the (mouse1) press the (mouse2) and than realise (mouse1), this will change the healing for damage without changing who's your beam is focusing on. Resume: Use more your flying abillity, understand when and who to damage boost/heal, and don't be so hard on your self when you "overheal", it's better to have 30hp lost on over heal than lost on your tank and getting him killed. but I think that's all, really not that much, mercy is a simple character. hope I healped a bit with mercy gameplay, if anything just ask, I might check this comment later and respond, good luck on your playthrough.

simple and quick tip for kiriko: go to your settings and switch off the toggle ofuda healing button. you'll be able to split heals that way instead of having all 5 cards going to one person, which could prove important when keeping squishies up + your tank. relaxing video and voice though!

ok here's my analisys after watchin the first game (I'm going to sleep so not going to watch the full video) about positioning: As a kiriko you can heal and deal damage from far away, so you can be a little bir more to the back for your safety This also help with rammatra ultimate, the good way to deal with it is to let the tank take the ult and keep him close to him while the rest of the team fall back to safety, but that comes with team work(recomend playing with friends) BTW you second fire (the kunai) has no fall damage which means it does the same amount of damage from upclose as from the other side of the mape, take advange of that At the start you left the high ground to be with your tank but you could heal him fine from up there, other thing is that you had the more amount of heals so you should focus healing the tank and lucio shoulf heal the dps cuz lucio heals in a area and kiriko is better focusing heals in one character, another thing that comes with teamwok usage of abilites One thing I realise in your gameplay is tha you kept a lot of your abilities without using them like the TP and the suzu With the suzu my hint is to see the enemy team if any of their heroes has a abilitie that need to be countered by suzu (ana nade, rein dash, hog hook, or some ultimate) as the match didn't had any of that you could've used your suzu more for heals for you tank and your dps That also applies to your TP, at the start you said "I could have climbed the wall" I disagree, It was good tha you used your TP because you climbing woud have take a long time and your dps coud've died, so don't be scared of using your habilities if you don't need them in a specific time(in case of the TP, keep it if a wimtom jumping you) About your ult, I recomend in defence using them when the enemy team is about to push using other ults, since kitsune can help you heal more, the dps to deal more damage and the tank to have more abilities to defent itself, on attack I recomend using it to combo with other ults or abilities (hog's ult, mauga's ult, bastion cart, soldier visor, etc) extras I liked that your not afraid of dealing damage, that's really good with kiriko thanks to her nofall damage second fire, I recommend doing something like this: keep close with the tank to deal damage to them (if your in a connor, if you can hit them from far away than keep your distance) than when they get to close use your tp to get further from the tank (remmember, most sup can be pretty far to heal their team, so keep distance, but you can be agresive just be responsible with it). Aiming and gamesense comes with time, you can watch a few videos to learn about counterwatch and I recommend to know what you can counter with suzu, if you want to play with other roles to learn gamesense, tank is the role that requires the most gamesend to play, I personaly don't recommend since it can be pretty hard (a tank player myself) or play with dps to learn who to shoot at what time and also learn poking. Other thing to help with aiming is removing the reticle and focusing where the kunais is hiting at the time, this helped me improve in soldier quite a lot. In resume: Play a little more to the back, don't be afraid to use your abillities, try to play with friend or with a closed team and maybe watch a few of "how to counter" videos on youtube I think thats all, hope it helps you with your plythrough❤, remember I just watch the first match so I can't help with the other characters.

Game sense is pretty hard to understand and to improve. It basically means thinking about the game as a whole and the future, and adjusting your play with assumed or known information. Some examples: On Kiriko when your tank pushes in or dives, already have it in your head that suzu may be needed. If you only react when their health is super low, many times they will already die when the suzu arrives. Monitor the enemy picks and their ultimates. If they have lets say Reaper, don't position too far from your team, and when you suspect he has ult don't be clumped up. Also you said that u don't really know counters that well. If you wanna climb it's essential information and it is super important to have a good roaster. I would say kiri/bap, ana and moria is a good starting roaster which gives you an option to every enemy composition. So yea, learn the game well and think ahead don't react. You will climb with time.

Just a small tip for kiriko after u throwout all of ur heals you have a tiny bit of downtime where you have to wait for them to be thrown again so in that downtime throw a shuriken :D
