Hello! The comment about it not shining directly on your face is in regards to the specific question of using it at the same time as the Red Mask. You can certainly have the Red Max panel shining towards your face, as long as you're not also using other red light therapy on your face in the same day too. Yes you do not have to wear the goggles. If your eyes are closed you will be just fine.

Hello! The Red Wrap is not recommended for your face, head, or eyes. If you are looking to use red light therapy for your face, we recommend looking into the Red Mask or the Anti-Aging Mask, for your head we highly recommend the Red Cap, and if you are looking to target the eyes we recommend the Red Pro or Red Mini panels! The Red Wrap was made specifically to help with other parts of your body such as an arm, leg, neck, shoulder, waist, etc. It was made to target pain and inflammation specifically which is why it is able to wrap around those body parts to give a deeper penetration because of direct contact. While we do not recommend using it on your head, you can do so with caution, following the same protocol as the Red Cap. Great questions! On the side of the Red Pro, you will see the numbers display. When you turn the Red Pro on, the number will go from 20 and then immediately to 19, this is the timer for the session and once it reaches zero, the device will turn off automatically. When charging the device, the timer will flash 88 and once it is fully charged the 88 will be solid. So it sounds like your device is now fully charged! The stand is pretty sturdy! It's just meant to give you an option if you don't want to hold onto it. It's usually best to place on a tabletop for using red light on your face, shoulder, or other area where you may not want to hold up the device for a full 20 minute session. The Red Pro just rests on the stand, it doesn't attach or "hook on" at all. Hope that helps!

Hi Dolly, yes it is okay to do so as long as the full panel is not shining directly on your face. You want to avoid over exposing your face to too much red light therapy. But as long as you are using the panel primiarly for your neck and below, then there should not be any issues with using the mask as you described!

Hello! That is a great question. You should be 3-6 inches from the panel for the best, fastest results. You can do up to 30 minutes of light therapy per area per day, so doing 15 minutes on each side is a great choice! Which light you choose depends on what results you are looking for. If you are looking for general health purposes, then using both red and infrared is never a bad option!

Hello! The best setting for brain health is pulsed infrared. To achieve this setting on the Cap, follow these instructions: 1. Plug in the Cap 2. Turn it on with a single power button press (this will turn on the red and infrared lights together) 3. Press the power button once to come to red light only 4. Press the power button once more to come to infrared light only 5. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds (this will make the lights pulse) 6. We suggest pressing the Settings button once to turn it to 75% intensity as well 7. Use the Cap for 15-20 minutes per session on this setting

Yes that's correct!

It depends on what you are wanting to use it for! If you want to use it for your eyes, you should not wear the goggles and you should follow our eye health protocol. If you are wanting to use it for facial skin, then you can wear the goggles! If you are using the Pro on other parts of your body, you do not need to wear the goggles as long as the light is not directed at your face.

Hi Chris! I do see you've only reached out to us for the first time about this a few hours ago. It does take us several hours to respond as we get many customers reaching out to us daily, but we always respond within 1 business day! We think that's pretty great service! We also have the live chat option which may get you a quicker reply than email. The stand is on it's way to you, our support team can get you the tracking link. It had to ship separately from the rest of the order since it wouldn't fit in the same boxes as the rest of the bundle. The glasses that come with the Max are not meant to be seen out of since they block red light wavelengths from entering the eyes, so the scratches would not make a functional difference, however I do apologize that they did not arrive in pristine condition. The Red Pro only has 6 red lights and 6 infrared lights, so it is impossible that all lights would have been red. The 6 that appear "off" are the infrared since infrared is invisible to the human eye. Perhaps if you looked at it from the side, it may look like they are on because the red light will be visible beneath the surface from an angle. We do not recommend attaching the Max panel to a door, but we have written instructions we can send to you if you'd like. We do have video instructions on how to assemble the stand for you when it arrives, which you can find on our UA-cam channel. Our phone number is listed in all user manuals, and at the bottom of all our emails so it is extremely accessible to our customers.

Hello! For hair growth, you need to turn on red light only on the pulsed setting. To do so, plug in the device and press the power button once. Then single press the power button again to initiate red light only mode. After that, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to initiate pulsed therapy, you will see the lights begin to flash. Lastly, this is optional but you can press the setting icon button to change the intensity to 75% which may produce quicker results. We recommend doing this twice per day for 15 minutes per session! For weight loss, infrared will be the best solution. The best product for that depends on where on the body you are wanting the weight loss to occur.

@@WilliamsFamilyInternational Hello! The settings gear button changes the intensity of the light. The default is 50% intensity, pressing the settings button once brings it to 75%, and pressing it once more brings it to 100%. Pressing it a third time will bring it back to 50% intensity.

The USB can be used to plug into a computer, but whenever possible we highly recommend using the wall outlet option as it will power the device more properly.

Hi Dee! The Red Pro you received is an updated and improved version, so it has slight differences like you mentioned. The countdown shows 88 when charging and blinks until fully charged, and when you're using it in a session it will countdown from 20 until it shuts off at 0.

Hello! For the Mask, you should be able to add infrared to any of the other three light options. There are separate diodes for each color. Hope that helps!

Hi Melody! Those are great questions, I'll answer them below for you. The closer your skin is to the red light, the better as that is where you'll get the highest irradiance (power). The most comfortable and powerful distance is 3-6 inches. You do not need to wear the glasses if the panel is not shining on your eyes/face. The red light will not damage your eyes if you are in the same room with the panel turned on, you just should not look directly at the bulbs while the panel is on because that would be uncomfortable for your eyes!

Hello! That's a great question :) The Cap has an automatic internal timer of 15 minutes, which is the recommended session length. So you do not have to set your own timer, it will shut off on its own.

Hello! We do not have technicians across the United States, or in other countries, so we recommend our customers find reputable plumbers to install the machine and we reimburse them up to $150 USD to help with the installation costs!

As difficult as it seems, it is actually very easy. Just follow the instructions and you will be just fine. A technician will want to charge you over $200. The only thing to keep in mind is having an outlet nearby, or right underneath your sink if you have a dish washer or garbage disposal unit. For 3k, it is worth spending the time installing it yourself.

Great question! The towel can be placed underneath the chair to catch dripping sweat, and can be used to wipe down the chair, walls, skin, etc. after finishing your session. When the manual says to put it underneath the foot heater, it just means to cover the bottom of the sauna with the towel, but to not place it over the foot heater. We recommend laundering the towel in between uses!

Hi there, these are great tips! Quick connect fittings can be a bit tricky if you're not familiar with them, but are overall much better for this type of machine. The teflon tape is not necessary when there are rubber o-rings, that's true! But we recommend it just to be extra safe :)

Sometimes the quick connect pieces can leak if they are not seated properly, such as being put in at an angle so the o-ring isn't flush against the tubing, or if the tubing is improperly cut. But you're absolutely right, when they're installed properly they work like a charm!

Hi there! After you are done with your sauna session, keep the sauna on at the lowest temperature for about 15 minutes. This will keep the negative ion generator on which will have the same benefits as ozone without the toxic risk. Let us know if you need anything else!

Hello! The negative ion generator (not ozone) is included with the sauna and is automatically on whenever the sauna is on. It is the small white oval device clipped to the back wall inside of the sauna. I just checked on your order, and your niacin and charcoal supplements were delivered on June 16th.
