I can’t make my running light for the bar turn on everything else work Great just can’t get running light on
Martin Sánchez just make sure all the wires match up that is if you didn’t buy a plug an okay harness .
How did you wire the white cable to the reverse light?
Juan Vazquez just pulled one of my tail lights found one of the reverse light wires and fish it up through the body/bumper and spliced it in
I have two black and one yellow cable going to my reverse light bulb, i dont have a white wire
Mine makes the same noise. Took the motor off and ran it on the bench, no noise. Cutter head bearing makes sense.
Did this light when plugged into trailer harness turn off you backup sensor system?

I bought an old model off Craigs list today, same noise. Its coming from the cutter head bearrings. Ill update this if I make progress
Thanks man , it comes and goes last few times I used there was nothing but feel like it effects the cutting . Haven’t torn into it yet
Mine starting making the noise again any progress with yours ? Just want to have an idea before I start tearing into it
I've got an off brand making the same noise. pulled the sides off and found where the noise is coming from. I had to find a parts breakdown, but it appears to be my "cutterhead lock plate". On the breakdown it shows a spring attached, mine doesn't have a spring present, which seems to be allowing it to rattle.
THANK YOU !! My Delta has been making this noise lately and I could not figure out where it was coming from. Now to decide if it's worth fixing. I bought it 6 months ago brand new in box. Older guy bought but never used it and it sat in his shop for 10 years. It's odd that bearings would be worn already though with only 6 months of light use though. And it still cuts wonderfully.. I''m just imagining the whole thing suddenly seizing up and grenading.
Mine has made that noise from brand new. I have hade it for 20 years still makes that noise does not seem to affect performance.
Update? Any issues?
No issues still working great! Pretty straight forward install . The material isn’t a hard shell like other so less prone to breaking and more flexible , almost like a hard gel

@Brian101122 7 to 10k? i picked up my teg for 2700 lmao all stock hella clean 96 ls 5 speed, has subs speakers and a headunit atm soon to get a full exhaust halo headlights hids type r wing and some civic si wheels, oh and a cold air intake :p

@BlueRice well if that doesn't help then, you might wanna think about picking up that police scanner, it beeps when there's a cop around, and I've heard some even block they're speed meeters. so yeah that might help
@xCarlosKidx i know what you mean. but some car like mine. dosnt matter what gear im on i need to gas alot more to gain some speed. i think its something wrong with my car or its normal like that. beside i have a swap motor so its more scary to get caught.
@BlueRice if there's a cop behind you let go of the clutch, and slowely step on the gass then once you get enough speed change it to 2nd then 3rd right after, so it will have lower rpm's and the exhaust won't be that loud, I do it all the time. And yeah it's scary at first but just try it.

same here....around most places you can fight it cuz the legal limit is 98 dB.....so if u get pulled over as the cop if he has a decibel meter....if not he cant give u a ticket n if he does its illegal cuz they cant tell how loud it is
