Scentless Presents
Me and my friend Billy jammed today for the first time. It was Billy's first time playing an acoustic drum kit! It was a good omen that he already sounds like Dave Grohl. At first I thought that beat was "Milk It" by Nirvana but it was almost "Scentless Apprentice". Kinda sounds like both to me. #nirvana #metal

I brought Patrick to meet my teacher John for the first time in NYC. John lives in Hong Kong and trains with the best! This is an excerpt from that training. Here John explains ideas about moving bones and specifically joints with relaxation and power. Most people have a hard time because their focus is simply in the wrong place!
