I did sociology at Cardiff University as well It’s a very challenging degree and the dissertation is a nightmare at the time , for the students to choose to do a dissertation for sure,I think they give me a bit of a romantic slant on the whole process here but congratulations to them all x x

I was a disabled student at Cardiff University in the school of social sciences back in 2008 to 2014, it was a nightmare to get around external lifts or was broken and there was only a 10 minute window to get from one end of the campus to the other, bearing in mind, I’m a wheelchair user, so I had to push myself long distances it was absolutely exhausting and mentally draining Cardiff University and the school of social sciences tries their best to be accommodating. I can’t knock them for that but because of the physical features of the building and the age of the building and the fact that I was a wheelchair user, it was all a bit much I couldn’t wait to leave purely because of the barriers! Such a shame that this is only being looked into now. If only this has been dealt with back when I was a student, but the school did try the level best to accommodate me given the circumstances.

This lady is an amazing lecturer, very interesting Very engaging and she left us with a positive impression after her lectures and her seminars, brilliant scholar..

I'm not for bullying. I must say though, the bit where it's reported Samantha's colleagues didn't realise she was a man is clearly utter rubbish. Clearly this is person is a man who has chosen to embrace his more feminine side. Fair enough then but the story just comes across as dumb at that point
