GT500 is stock. C7 Z06 has Magnuson 2650 at lowest boost setting.

Yes should be in 2nd gear more thru the twisties and need to open up last corner before the straight to maximise top speed for straight

Yup, that's a nice lap.
Man, I can't believe how quick this thing gets to 150, nice engine, nice driving.
Not to tell you how to drive or anything because you are a far better than I, but I think if you would come out of the bus stop a gear lower, I'm pretty sure you would have caught and passed that Porsche laps ago, I think. See ya there the end of September!

What should I do to get in with my Mazda Rx8 to run?
Get a car racing helmet. Sign up with beginners group and lots of them offer instructors too. Get an instructor to show you ropes and off you go.
