J'aimerais me former à la cyber sécurité, quel est le taux d'emploi après une formation ?
En France l'AFPA propose la formation du Titre Professionnel de Technicien d'assistance en informatique (de niveau 4). C'est avec cette formation que l'on peut devenir Technicien Helpdesk (également appelé Technicien de Support en Informatique). Attention il faut avoir un bon niveau de base pour réussir ce cursus.

Ben, justement ! Je suis en train de passer des tests pour devenir helpdesk et voilà ce qu'on me demande : "Veuillez rédiger ci-dessous une quinzaine de lignes décrivant un problème déjà rencontré avec un fournisseur (électricité/ gaz/ eau/ télécommunication) et la manière dont cela a été résolu. Indiquez également quel aurait été votre attitude en tant qu’agent au service clients" ! On peut m'aider ??? !
