Kactus seems to be the only hotel in PN 😅 I, too, stayed in the same place. Staff is very good and they speak English except the restaurant. But you get menu's in English. I had opted for Pizza and Omelette...rest I didn't understand 😅 There is a nice department store and I really enjoyed liquor. Well, prefer not to stay in the room that is facing main road side to avoid loud music coming from the club on the other side of the hotel.
