Wow! "She got so good at calibrating that she could calibrate with the off-ness and it still sounded good." That reminds me of my best friend who called herself a " covergirl" where she was always multitasking to take care of other people's latest crises. I was also running around covering fir other people's messes( calibrating myself) to their needs that my life was always off calibrated. ❤ This is tje greatest message that is exactly what I need to hear thos morning. The reason that I knew that I needed to hear Abraham this morning. I was bothered by, and not allowing myself to enjoy my life because I was protecting my own life and someone that I love was bothered by it. I kept going over that moment of her being bothered so much that I was not allowing me to be OK. So now it is time for me to practice me not being bothered. That is to say me enjoying today calibrated to my vortex. It's funny, when I left after her blow up to drive home because I was not going to sit and listen to someone being mad at me and making things up that I did not want n my head, on the freeway somehow I ended up driving right behind a motor hone that the words " Vortex" painted in large letters right in front of me. I knew that I was finally driving into my vortex. But once I got home I let the thougjt of the disconnection with my sister, whom I love, disconnect me from my own happiness. I started eating just food, not exercising and feeling bad because my thoughts told me that I do not deserve happiness if I was not sharing everything I have with people that I love that I wasn't sure that I could possibly lose based on past experiences of being walked on and having what I cared about ripped away from me. But that was the past and now.. I hear the key is to not be bothered about what they are bothered about. Then I am free. It's funny that that was all in my head and I was carrying it , stopping mysf even when they are not with me. Thank you for this question and for this segment. I feel free NOW. ❤

My partner is very negative doesn’t trust because of horrible ex partners I think he’s so badly damaged there’s no hope . I’ve tried everything he’s changed a lot though grieve and bad relationship with he’s father 😢

I just can't put all my hopes on another person ,that's way too much pressure and expectations on that poor unsuspecting individual that when you meet them and they are not SUPERMAN or SUPERWOMAN you get disappointed, that's not cool at all the other person is probably just as F&cked up as you are ,just be happy to find a kindred soul that has faults just like you do.

i was meditating and i felt like... when i use my thoughts in meditation i feel way better than when i don't think anything so i searched "using ur thoughts to feel good" and this showed up lmao

We have been together for almost four years and it doesn’t feel right to ends this relationship at this time.

Lost their job

My partner lost their a couple of years ago and I pay for everything.

NOT KNOWING ANYTHING IF ONLY A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR INSIGNIFICANT OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER. WHEN OR WHAT IF THERE WAS NEVER ACTUALLY A SPARK OR FLAME OR INTENSITY BETWEEN YOU TWO TO BEGIN WITH! ARE YOUR DIFFERENCES OR SEPARATION IN EMOTIONS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE KIDS, ARE YOUR CHILDREN DYSFUNCTIONAL OR STILL IN A PHASE WHERE THEY'RE LEARNING TO MANIPULATE PARENTS AGAINST 1 ANOTHER TO GET THEIR WAY( SOMETHING THEY WANT OR THINGS THEY DESIRE AS A CHILD TO DO) IS THAT A BEHAVIOR THEY ARE WITNESSING 1 PARENT DOING TO THE OTHER OR ARE THE CHILDREN NATURALLY PERCEPTIVE & THUS FEEL INCLINED TO DECEIVE. PERHAPS A COUPLE SHOULD INVEST QUALITY TIME IN PRE-RELATIONSHIP OR DATING COUNSELING.....DOES THAT TAKE THE FUN & ADVENTURE OUT OF A BLOOMING PAIR, PERHAPS IT DOES! MAYBE UNTIL 1 OR THE OTHER ACTUALLY HAS TO LAY ANOTHER LOG ON THE FIRE THEY DON'T QUITE GRASP A CONCEPT OF REKINDLING OR ROASTING ON OR OVER AN OPEN FIRE....IS ALL YOUR PERK & PERSONALITY BEING LAYED ALL OUT FOR OTHERS TO EITHER ADMIRE OR DETERMINE EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE "IMBALANCED" PERHAPS YOU'RE GETTING THE UNNECESSARY HELP TO DECIDE DEFINITELY THAT YOU PREFER TO BE SINGLE IN THE NEAR FUTURE....AS IT IS NOW YOU'RE MAYBE "INCONVENIENCED" BY WHAT YOU WERE THINKING LOVE HAD TO OFFER. LIFE'S DIFFICULT. OR PERHAPS IT'S NOT YOUR LIFE THAT'S DIFFICULT BUT THE LIFE YOU'RE TRYING DESPERATELY TO LIVE WITH SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND OR SHARE OR EMPHASIZE ANY OF YOUR SAME ENTHUSIASMS! ARE YOU TRULY HAPPY WITH THAT SITUATION OR PERHAPS MAYBE THAT IS BETTER THAN BEING ALONE ON YOUR OWN SO YOU ENDURE THE BITTER BOREDOM STRESS AND ESTRANGEMENT! THAT WOULD GIVE YOU HOPE FOR TOMORROW AND SWEET DREAMS TOO....RIGHT! YEAH RIGHT! LEARNING TO BE OPTIMISTIC AND NOT PESSIMISTIC.
