Diurnal has better efficiency. It matters less now that drawing cards restores 800mp, but if there aren't mechanics that require the shield to survive, I always go Diurnal.

@@singlemaltffxiv Pretty inefficient in most parties. Double regen doesn't do too much (if the other is a WHM) It's not so much that you wouldn't survive without a shield, it's just better to mitigate damage where you can. But to each their own.

With keyboard it's too easy just use both hands on the keyboard and you keep it maxed the whole time.

Azem seat was abolished and his likeness erased from the convocation, that is until Hades recorded his constellation.

@@TheGrandRevo it wasnt that azem was erased but rather unlike every other member a soulstone wasn't made for azem since Azem didnt want to sacrifice Elidibus to summon Zodiark, a rebellion against a decision, so when the world ended azem wasnt supposed to be remembered by the decision of the convocation. Hades the good friend though, made one in secret. Hades, Azem and Elidibus were cool friends and Elidibus forgot about Azem but remembered the promise made to Azem .

My first run wiped because both the tanks were more invested in the cut scene then LBing xD

I thought it was a great way to bring all those characters back for a goodbye without doing a painfully long good-bye tour thorugh the First. We still did a bit of that, but it was only about the Scions.

I hear that the first boss in the new raid series is a serious FFVIII throwback too. FFVIII one of the few that I didn't play so it's a bit lost on me, but I can relate since VI is my favorite and it got a lot of love in Stormblood. I'm apparently a sucker for good FF fan service.

​@@seancotter9639 oh believe me I love VI as it is one of my all time favorites! But I have played and beaten every final fantasy to date so...none of it is lost on me. But I can say without a doubt FFXIV is one hell of a rollercoaster. THE ShB story line to where I am at threw me for one hell of a loop.

I've heard that from others too. Since I've been leveling as a healer, I haven't had need to try anything with an NPC group yet.

I don't doubt that you're right, but we had been struggling with that strat on early attempts and were having better success doing it this way. Big problem was that I was pulling aggro with heals. Maybe once we clean it up and there's less healing going out, we should try that again.
