Returning to this same space to be with what arises. Submerged in dense fog, with a real sense of stillness and serenity.
Embracing nature and all that she gifts.
This place has become a real place of serenity for me. But for Lola, most of my time is spent in isolation. This creates space for ever deepening presence and opportunity to be meet ones true self.
You are not what people 'think' you to be. Nor are you what you 'think' you are. We are all something much deeper than this. We are what we 'do' and what we ' give' in each moment.

I know a lot of people who think of meditation as a pointless waste of time. But honestly everyone needs to just take a minute now and then to themselves and just exist. No worries, no priorities or responsibilities. Just them and their surroundings. Works wonders when you’ve had a stressful day or just a stressful hour. Personally I do it with my earphones in. Let my playlist play whatever songs it shuffles, blot out all the background noise and let my mind drift. Amazing video here!! Shows exactly what I mean 👍

I dont use 'words' so much... I tend to play more with breath patterns and how they feel more. If that makes much sense? I will and do use words but this is more a breathing pattern and kind of'swirling' the breath in the mouth (best way i can describe it in text).

This would be insane as a dark drum and bass track. This is talent. How do you make the high screech inbetween the low whops?🥶😳
I actually have a DnB track i am working on with Ableton, will see if I can layer this on it. :) Thanks for the suggestion, will see what i can do.... Then 'high screech' between the 'low whops' (jaw drops) is litrally that, a higher pitched bark (or screech/vocalization).
