Regarding apps, yes, you can install any app from the Play Store, except those that fall under the categories of social media, games, betting, streaming, and adult content.
I guess all DM apps such as Whatsapp, Messenger and Telegram are available. It’s the social media (youtube included) , streaming services and p0rn websites what is blocked.
