She's unrated and her first time playing. I was telling her she needed to throw the ball up before she can serve it. She didn't know that and asked if that was a rule. I let her have the first few serves even though she didn't toss it up.

I tried doing top spin which worked but his pips are so heavy. The loop might work. Thanks. What a workout! He's around 80.

@@MingXingXing If you want to use top spin against it, you need to hit strong. But yeah, the easy way is to loop it.
