Company name: SPL ind (SPLIL), CMP - 56 (20 Nov 2024) If you are reading many positive articles about textile sector, here is a one good fundamental microcap stock, SPL ind (SPLIL) if people noticed it's capabilities stock may become multibagger also in the future. - Stock Market cap is 163 cr(micro cap), so there is a huge opportunity to increase the market cap. - stock is debt free and pledge free - Stock valuation is very attractive, it's available at PE of 13 compared with industry PE 60+ - stock book value is 70 and CMP is 56.3 -its Q2 was decent, Profit has increased 71 percent YoY and 53 percent QoQ - Promoter shareholding pattern is very good with 68.93 percent, promoter have not sold stake in the last 10 years, if they get opportunity try to add small quantities. - company balance sheet looks fine, in the Sept 2024 it's reserve is 177cr with zero borrowings - Cashflow/cash inflow looks fine, operating activities and net profit is almost matching. Even though it is microcap, if you look at its P&L statement, Balance sheet, Cashflow there is no threat for the company. The Main negative of this stock is Volume/demand. Last 5 years sales growth is not impressive, this is happened with many other textiles stocks too, we need to watch its topline.
