I lived through this tornado, we took a lot of property damage in Fayetteville, but we were very blessed in Fayetteville that day. There was no loss of life in Fayetteville. There was loss of life around the state that day from all the other tornadoes that touched down but none in Fayetteville

I got to see the Wisconsin when I was in Norfolk, totally weird being right in the middle of the city. My co workers and I were working nearby and went to Norfolk after work. We were strolling down the street past bars and businesses and all of a sudden there is a battleship but she's a beautiful lady

I Lived in Willoughby Spit in 85-86 was there when Hurricane Gloria , I Lived in Apartments next to the Holiday Inn ... I Loved the Beach! I was on it daily! It was a nice area back then .. I use to put out Crab Pots and I caught my share of Crab! Ate a lot of them! My Dad caught a Flownder and we baked it and we stuffed it with crab meat it was awesome tasting ! I use to Fish a lot on the Beach ,walked with the Wife on the Beach often .. fond memories ..we div. 1 year later I never remarried theres some things in Life you only need to try once!! LOL I remember back then there use to be a really good sub shop... man how time flys ! I was 24 just a young guy lol I will be 60 in april lol I remember the friends I had there back then ..there use to be a food joint there on Willy spit ..it was called king neptunes..they were famous for there seafood and mostly for there steamed shrimp they steamed it in beer w old bay sea. in it..it was really tasty!

Saw David Browning live and he is very good. He knows how to work a crowd. After his stage routine he circulated among the audience writing out "tickets" for various violations. Glad someone is carrying on the Barney tradition.

I met David Browning at the Christmas Parade in Charlotte, NC back in 1993. We were both in the parade. He was Barney Fife and I was Curly the Clown. Is he still alive and well?
