I wonder if they will ever change the Orlando river adventure. Seems like cut Indominus Rex would have fit in with the Jurassic world river adventure better so maybe they were thinking about it?

It would be so hard to choose between the second launch and the boost. They would both be so cool. I really wish the I-Rex made the cut though. An animatronic would be a great ending!
I agree! I’m just so glad it got used somewhere and wasn’t wasted.
I have all boxes for this game and use all characters every game. I do not mix their crossroads cards; rather, I draw one Crossroads card from each deck during every player's turn. You may find that the probability for triggering them is more or less the same. There may be instances though that you may trigger more than one during a turn, but that's okay. Only things to carefully note are the bottom symbols (i.e. Bandit) indicating the actively used module it should ONLY trigger with. Promo characters go with the Warring Colonies for this purpose.
Interesting, that sounds like a fun variant. Probably a lot easier to keep straight too.

@@conradovergueiro Here's one you might like. You see, I love the Raxxon Zombies yet really hate the Raxxon rules. I house rule it by mixing one (or two, if you want harder) Bullet cards (from Warring Colonies) per location deck (since the card back is like that of a regular item card). Whenever player pulls a Bullet cards, that triggers a Special Zombie encounter.

I just set all of mine up after Victor came in the mail today. Any guesses what’s in store for ‘24 and ‘25? I’m guessing Constance in the attic, the groundskeeper, the singing busts, and the hitchhiking ghosts.
Those are all good guesses! I think those are all very likely. I also think it would be cool to see one of stretching portraits or maybe a doom buggy.

Thanks for that. I got lucky and won this at a tabletop day years ago. The good news is that the easier/cheaper to get promos for this game are more fun than the rarer ones in my opinion anyway. We pull this game out a few times a year around Halloween and it’s still so fun to me.

If they make keepsakes of all the rides you can make a display model of The Magic Kingdom or Disneyland on a table like the town model from Beetlejuice.

I bought the coffin and the Leota, and I will get the organist when it comes out in October. But, IF the mansion was the Disneyland orginal I would have bought that too. For $150 I better love it, and I absolutely detest the architecture of the Florida mansion.
The Disneyland one is my favorite as well I hope they make that one someday. Phantom manor would also be really cool.

@@tarab8229 what do you mean. You bought this specifically because it was the Disney World version. Because This Haunted Mansion is the WDW version not the Disneyland Version. The Disneyland Version has columns, and doesn't have that glass atrium.

The mansion is $150, the ornaments are $45 each, and the power cord is $15.

If the house was based on the ORIGINAL Haunted Mansion at Disneyland I would get it, this is not my Haunted Mansion. The "Hurry back" voice sounds like a child and reminds me of the little girl from the movie Poltergeist who said "They're ba-a-ack". I do like Madame Leota, she's the same as at Disneyland. I might get that one since it has the original voice done by actress Eleanor Audley, who was also the voice of Lady Tremaine in Cinderella and Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty. The coffin is also the same but it doesn't do anything for me. Thanks for showing this.
I would have preferred the original haunted mansion as well. I have more history with it and I like the look of it better. Maybe someday 😁
How do they sync up?
I’m don’t know the specifics but I can say that the mansion is not physically connected to the ornaments in any way. As long as it is nearby, it can control the ornaments. The ornaments themselves are connected physically through the same magic cord. I didn’t have to do anything to connect them other than plugging them all in.
Where did you get the Disneyland sign? I sure wish it was the Disneyland Haunted Mansion....
I got the sign from NicksFixLasVegas on Etsy. He makes all kinds of amazing custom signs. I’m 100% with you on the Disneyland thing.

I went on hallmark and added it to my keepsakes wish list and the store I picked called me the next day. I would try that.

Yes, there is one more coming out this year in October. They also will be releasing more for this collection in 2024 and 2025.

You just need one. The mansion comes with its own cord and the keepsake power cord can power 7 ornaments and cost $15.
