Beef was on sale, and we actually didn't eat the whole amount. We got multiple servings from this. Eggs were from our chickens, so basically free. So not an $8.50 bowl 😂

@@steezykev0steezykev065 that’s different I’m talking about these smaller shaker/blender bottle sized ones. They even have some that come with lids that you can just screw on to take on the go. It just never made sense to me. I also have a bigger blender( ninja ) and I have a smaller one like shown in this video. The bigger one I’ll use for smoothie bowls. The smaller one for post workout smoothies like 2 scoops of whey, 40g rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 scoop of Creatine, 12-16oz water. Blend, cap it, drink.
