Hi there! Cheerings from Brazil. The very same thing happened to me during a road trip in February. Mine Is a KK though. Had to tow my Libby back home and rent another car to continue on the road. My tensioner pulley broke itself into several rings. I blame the pulley quality since I didn't swap the whole tensioner, just the pulleys. I wonder if that was your case as well.

I'm getting to work on a 2003. Where did you get the fender flares and rocker panel covers/running boards? My panel covers are rusted out beyond belief and I want to swap them to plastic. I've seen those fender flares all over and like them

I got the same roof rails from RRO for my 2006 KJ.. One quick question did you reuse the stock factory 8mm bolts? My rails didnt come with any bolts that will fit my KJ
