Not true. I have a Levy strap, when the bolt is on first hole the strap is still too long and there's no way to make it shorter or find-adjust it. What a drag.

This shows how to assemble it....NOT how to adjust it. My strap has several holes in it to attach to my guitar, but they are too low or too high. Can't figure out a good way to adjust the strap so it's just right!
