Friday 22nd November- Scrutineering! Always super good fun and the drivers are so friendly ✅
Saturday 23rd November 2024 - well what a crazy snowy freezing day to stand in a forest! This SS2 started after 11am after storm Bertie caused mayhem in the morning.
Only got half of the runners before putting the phone & umbrella down to get 2 cars out of deep ditch’s - using a toe rope but couldn’t get them out.
Just as I head down to see the sunbeam, car No.37 ditches! 🙈🙈! Unfortunately it was ditched fortoo long with water coming out of the exhaust…
The conditions were awful and snowy which then turned to slush! Sadly had to leave as got totally drenched. Didnt stay for SS4. Enjoy…..

29:22 for the crash Full running SS5 order from Start to Finish. I moved location from my first video as could tell this corner was causing a lot of problems. Stood on a high tree stump from start until 24:59. I moved along by 25:00 with the last few escorts getting out of shape at this corner! The dip was becoming dangerous…. Almost caught out Bannister before it captured its first & last vict...

First SS2 video at Gale Rigg. First time trying out this forest and must say it was entertaining Full running order from the slow 2wd to the 4wd cars. Check SS5 2nd vid for a crash up the hill.

Trackrod Rally returns to the Yorkshire forest for another year - The night Stage at Dalby unfortunately all times were reset. So SS2 at Cropton was the first running for all competitors. Footage taken just after corner 6.

The Quarry section Trackrod Rally Yorkshire SS5 Afternoon - Special Stage 5 at 1:30pm footage taken at corners 14, 15, 16 & 17. A good area & with plenty of spectator areas in the sunshine. First few cars missed due to finding a good spot.... Finally settled on a spot at 5:49! Almost every car in running order Video best viewed on iPhone! App called Video Up allows UA-cam users to zoom in by 8x...
