Lack of transparency from LSC Management team (on revealing Phase 2 during the 3rd balloting time only) left a very bad taste in people’s mouth and has shaken investors trust. Do feel sorry for those people that stood in long queues to make advance payments so that they qualified for the balloting but found out they had been shifted to a new Phase. Anyway, do you have any update regarding the GT access road?

Bhai Jan I have seen your full video but I would request your to please read my full post. One thing is crystal clear that Lahore smart city (LSC) has done UNFAIR with all investors. Whoever has done long term investment with LSC, they are in loss. LSC have hired/ Incentives Dealers by giving them files on Rebate to find Scape Goats (Investors) from Market. Dealers showed sweet dreams to innocent people and portrayed rosy picture of Smart living in LSC (100s of videos are still available online) Later dealers created artificial own/ profit on files to loot hard earned money of investors. Dealers have made millions of rupees but investors have lost millions. We bought files 4 years ago when society even did not have NOC but now after 4 years wait and almost full payment net value of our investments is ZERO / YES ZERO… and Dealers are advising us to wait for another 10 years.. even in choice selection ballot, LSC have saved hot location plots for themselves and all hot location were pre reserved. They are doing development with investors money but they don’t want to give any good plots to general public rather they have saved these hot locations and would sell them in future at higher prices. ADVICE FOR INVESTORS… My true advice for investors especially overseas investors is please DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH LSC AS , because 1. THEIR DEALING IS UNFAIR 2. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY, means you can ask anyone about your concerns and even if you tell some one (noting will be resolved) 3. LSC ONLY INCENTIVES DEALRS BUT not actual investors/ end users. 4. They have only developed sector A and B which is may be 10% of their total claimed land(including their personal Villas) , REMAINING 90% is all on Papers or in dreams. 5. They do not have clear timeline for completion of whole project rather their focus is to sell more and more file. Now only option all investors have is WAIT…. WAIT & WAIT… May be not us but our children might get plots in phase 2 of LSC ( Insha Allah)
