Like he would have lost that game if he didn't get that 2. If he kicked extra point he still wins because you still go for 2.
Nah def not smart to go for 2 getting it first. It's not easy getting 2, it's hard with 4 plays let alone 1 play. If you don't get it you lose if they score a td. Take 7, then pressure is on them. If they score and go for it you have to stop them 1 play in redzone. Odds are you will, percentage wise.
I think him deciding to go for 2 was more he wanted to have control of scoring his own 2 point conversion then stopping mine. In an easy offensive game I get it.
